Great lakeside view, not crowded, quiet
Pretty outdated considering its relatively new, not a lot of food options at or nearby. Didn’t have enough towels for the number of people we put on the reservation, shower supplies were empty
I have attended conferences here several times in the past. the park itself is most enjoyable and the setting of the he hotel relaxing with walking areas. The difference this time was the banquet food was very good, the staff was extremely polite, helpful and ever present checking on our stay. Check-in was quick and elevators all worked quickly. The room was quiet, clean and well appointed. I have been traveling lately and this hotel still has a coffee maker in the room and a bar of soap and container of lotion at the sink, which other hotels have eliminated. Management is doing a great job training guest service.
The staff was professional and friendly.
It’s very outdated.
Location. Atmosphere. Peace and quiet.
The Tavern bar was under staffed. Food came out cold Sunday night.
I love the nature that’s surrounded by the resort
The room was very big with a nice balcony on the lake.
The hotel has a nice heated indoor pool and hot tub.
The hotel is in the Stone Mountain Park, so great for hiking and for all the attractions around.
Easy parking all around the resort.
The hotel description said 20$ for parking but in reality, this is the price to enter the park and to park in it.
So even if you just want to go and take a look to the hotel before booking it you have to pay.
The bed was comfortable and I like the balcony and it's non smoking rooms smelled nice
Being pulled over and the breakfast was not the best
And the jacuzzi was outside and it unfortunately was raining so I couldn't enjoy the amenities but if u have hundreds of dollars to waste then go for it
Great location, loved hiking up Stone Mountain, and loved the beautiful view of the lake from our room.
Beautiful and felt safe
A little bit of a drive to get into it.
The view
The bed was not comfortable. The bathroom doesn't have the toiletries. The AC was so loud
Problems we had in the rooms were fixed immediately. Staff was great. Roberto front desk clerk gave great customer servcie. Supervisor was very attentive to our needs and issues that occured during our stay.
Had ask housekeeper for wash clothes several times. She didnt have any on cart. Housekeeper said she would bring some back she didnt. I had to call front desk the next morning for wash cloths.
We have been here a couple of times in the past.
The problem we had was that the inside jacuzzi was not working. We talked to the front desk at least three times to let them know to fill the water and to heat up the water. Well, they finally filled the water a few more inches, but not all the way full, but when we were ready to get into jacuzzi, the water was ice cold!
Also suggestions:
There was no chair or small bench inside both men and women bathrooms inside the indoor jacuzzi / jacuzzi area. Also, a clock in that area would be helpful as well!
There's no handle bar in the shower in the guest room, so getting out of the tub can be slippery especially for senior guests.
We stayed here for 2 nights in March of 2025 for a dance competition and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly throughout the facility. The food at the restaurants and coffee kiosk was consistently good and the room was very comfortable.
The only thing missing was a microwave oven in the room, which one has come to expect in most hotels.
The location itself nice clean room, nice costumer services at front desk check-in and food was great !!! ⭐⭐⭐
Nothing!
