Concorde Hotel Singapore

Everything!! The staff, the location, the room. Everything was perfect. Only one bus ride from / to changi, very simple.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were welcoming and helpful check in smooth and the facilities were well maintained. It was a great experience and I would consider staying here again.

Service is good. First day checked in room and realised ac was noisy. They quickly upgraded to a renovated room. Rooms are really spacious than any standard hotel room in Singapore at value price. Location is in orchard road and closed to plaza singapura and dobby ghaut line. For us this hotel is just what we wanted

The hotel offers very little other than a room to sleep. That said, there were works going on one level above so we had to tolerate drilling and banging from 8am to 5pm. The staff on the check in desk denied that works were being carried out but then we discovered a letter in the room bundle informing us that work was being carried out. We were trying to sleep after travelling from London and found the noise unacceptable. The restaurant is expensive, £30+ for a breakfast and £6 for a coffee so readers can make up their own minds. The staff were friendly and helpful but that was the only positive.

Staffs are very friendly and hotel is located in a very central area, shopping malls are only few minutes walking distance, lots of nearby restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast is good and the staffs in Restaurant are very friendly.

I just had the pleasure of staying at the Concorde Hotel in Singapore.
The location is excellent… smack bang on Orchard Road, surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants. The nearest MRT station is just 6 minutes walk away, and the busses stop right outside. It couldn’t have been easier to get around from here.
It is an ‘old’ hotel, but the rooms have been updated, and even have purified filtered water!
Despite its very central location, the rooms are extremely quiet - I didn’t hear a thing, and slept very well.
Breakfast at Spices Restaurant is expansive with lots of choices, including eggs to order etc.
All the staff here are very friendly and willing to go the extra mile…. But a very special ‘thank you’ to the wonderful RAHIMA in Spices, who greeted us every morning with the friendliest of smiles, and was always cheerful and joyous. She is a credit to the Concorde Hotel.
All in all, a super stay, and I would recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is a Gem!. the location, rooms, staff , breakfast are just wonderful. the gym is excellent and the pool is lovely and quiet. the rooms are spacious and very quiet.ocated in the heart of Orchard road with shops , bars, restaurants all around. great access with the buses and MRT! strongly recommend this 5 star hotel

Convenient location, great staff would recommend this hotel. Comfortable and quiet rooms, good buffet breakfast. Near the Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station, great for getting around in Singapore.

Professional staff/ management. Great value! When visiting Singpore and you want to be at the city/ shopping area, this is a great option.

We stayed for 2 nights before a cruise and really liked the hotel and position of it. The staff were very friendly and they offered guests breakfast at a special rate of $22
which was good value .
The rooms were large and comfortable and the shower was very powerful.
If getting a taxi from the airport ask to be dropped off at the hotel lobby as a lot of taxi drop you at the back entrance and we had to negotiate quite a few stairs with heavy cases to get into the hotel.

Hotel location is good. Near from metro station and shopping area. Quite safe walking alone at night.
Lobby staff was friendly and polite. Room was spacious with closet, wardrobe, desk and chair, comfortable bed, television.Free wifi available.
Toilet and shower unit is also spacious. Very good shower gel and body cleam.
Tooth brush was little bit soft for me. I didn't use two in on shampoo. Water pressure is very nice! And filterd drinking water is available! That was really helpful.
Noise level was low.
Morningbuffet was really nice. Highly recommend to try it!
Room was well cleaned.

The service from the Reception Team, especially Mr. Rakesh, was truly top-notch. We felt very welcome throughout our stay. We booked three rooms directly through the hotel website and were delighted to receive newly refurbished rooms. One of our rooms was also generously upgraded to a balcony room.

The rooms are clean, well-equipped with bidets and spacious compared to newer hotels in Singapore.

Definitely will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Everything about staying at Concorde Hotel was a highlight. Will come back again. Been staying here since 2010.

Breakfast was excellent and location is great. thank you for the nice hospitality.
