Room a little dated, but clean, amenities were good, shopping was close by.

Pros:

The Location is very nice

Cons:

The Hotel is too old and not worth the 5 stars and the value of money. They don't clean the room everyday which is strange for a 5 star hotels. Maybe it was 5 star hotel 25 years ago but now it should maximum have 3 stars rating

Pros:

Everything!! The staff, the location, the room. Everything was perfect. Only one bus ride from / to changi, very simple.

Cons:

There’s no coin operated washing machine.

Great stay for a family
Pros:

Centrally located. Good spacious rooms for cost. Breakfast was good from a person who’s open to try different things. Staffs were also very nice.

Great location, airconditioning and TV
Pros:

The Hotel is right on Orchard Road and close to the MRT and shopping centre with lots of food. I love how the airconditioning in the room means you come off the hot and humid street into the cool room.
The room is a good size.
Lots of TV channels including HBO, CNA, BBC, etc.
Wifi was also good.
Although my room was by the lifts, the sound proofing was good and I didn’t hear the other guests coming and going.
They noticed it was my birthday and left a chocolate cake in the room. I thought it was a really nice gesture.
Will definitely come back here. The Hotel is a bit more expensive but the location and other touches are nice.
