Good value hotel in orchard road
Pros:

Service is good. First day checked in room and realised ac was noisy. They quickly upgraded to a renovated room. Rooms are really spacious than any standard hotel room in Singapore at value price. Location is in orchard road and closed to plaza singapura and dobby ghaut line. For us this hotel is just what we wanted

What a gem of a hotel! location location location
Pros:

This hotel is a Gem!. the location, rooms, staff , breakfast are just wonderful. the gym is excellent and the pool is lovely and quiet. the rooms are spacious and very quiet.ocated in the heart of Orchard road with shops , bars, restaurants all around. great access with the buses and MRT! strongly recommend this 5 star hotel

Short visit to Singapore
Pros:

Convenient location, great staff would recommend this hotel. Comfortable and quiet rooms, good buffet breakfast. Near the Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station, great for getting around in Singapore.

A great option along Orchard when visiting Singapore
Pros:

Professional staff/ management. Great value! When visiting Singpore and you want to be at the city/ shopping area, this is a great option.

Great Location
Pros:

We stayed for 2 nights before a cruise and really liked the hotel and position of it. The staff were very friendly and they offered guests breakfast at a special rate of $22
which was good value .
The rooms were large and comfortable and the shower was very powerful.
If getting a taxi from the airport ask to be dropped off at the hotel lobby as a lot of taxi drop you at the back entrance and we had to negotiate quite a few stairs with heavy cases to get into the hotel.

Very comfortable!
Pros:

Hotel location is good. Near from metro station and shopping area. Quite safe walking alone at night.
Lobby staff was friendly and polite. Room was spacious with closet, wardrobe, desk and chair, comfortable bed, television.Free wifi available.
Toilet and shower unit is also spacious. Very good shower gel and body cleam.
Tooth brush was little bit soft for me. I didn't use two in on shampoo. Water pressure is very nice! And filterd drinking water is available! That was really helpful.
Noise level was low.
Morningbuffet was really nice. Highly recommend to try it!
Room was well cleaned.

We had a pleasant stay
Pros:

The service from the Reception Team, especially Mr. Rakesh, was truly top-notch. We felt very welcome throughout our stay. We booked three rooms directly through the hotel website and were delighted to receive newly refurbished rooms. One of our rooms was also generously upgraded to a balcony room.

The rooms are clean, well-equipped with bidets and spacious compared to newer hotels in Singapore.

Definitely will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The night shift staff named Micheal was not welcoming at all, infact he was too rude. We came from Malaysia and our stay was at concord KL, it was an outstanding stay and for that reason I asked if they had a hotel in Singapore to which the receptionist mentioned Concord at Orchard Road. We stayed there for a night and for the next day he had to shift us to another room on floor 5th from floor 8th as other family members were on 5th floor, I waited for their call to shifting the room and nobody approached us and we waited too long and missed quite a portion of the day to roam around. By night time we came back with having a 23 months baby and I requested Micheal to let the family go to the room as the baby boy was tired and uncomfortable but Micheal (putting mask) did not cooperate and asked us to pay for the next day stay first, the payment was meant to be paid by other family member from his credit card to save the cash for city stay, we both requested him to let the families go by activating the card and me and other family member will stay at the reception lobby until the payment is made via card otherwise in cash but he refused, he said that he was following SOPs to which I said that you had to shift us to 5th floor but you did not, resulting in wasting a good portion of the day so how about your SOPs regarding this matter to which he rudely replied that you should have approached the reception, he was trying to put the blame on me for his professional shortcomings.

We did not recommend concord to other family members visiting Singapore, Concord Malaysia stay was far better than concord Singapore. After that day stay we left the concord hotel for another hotel in MBS and the staff and stay was excellent.
