The room service people need to be better educated on Gluten free options and other diets. The person who answers the phone was terrible about having this knowledge.

A luxurious hotel with excellent service in Al Khobar
Pros:

A superb hotel on the sea front in Al Khobar, convenient for all local facilities and the Causeway to Bahrain. A very comfortable room with a sea view. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed excellent food and service for breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

We would like to have stayed longer.

لم يتم تنفيذ اي طلب من رغباتي صراحه يبدو انه لا يوجد ادارة جيده في هذا الفندق والموظفين قليل ولا يعطونك اي اجابه واضحه فقط ابشر ابشر على الفاضي
