One of the most beautiful resort experiences I have ever had.

From the moment I arrived, everything felt exceptional. The hotel is stunning, with beautifully designed pools, lush tropical gardens, a private beach, and breathtaking sea views. Every corner feels like a luxury postcard.

What impressed me most was the atmosphere—peaceful, elegant, and incredibly relaxing. Whether I was swimming in the sea, enjoying the pools, having breakfast with a view, or watching the sunset in the evening, every moment felt special.

The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The service was attentive without being intrusive, making the entire stay effortless and comfortable.

The food was excellent, with fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation, and a variety of high-quality dining options. The resort itself is immaculately maintained, and the attention to detail can be seen everywhere.

This was exactly the relaxing seaside escape I needed. A perfect combination of luxury, comfort, beautiful scenery, and outstanding hospitality.

I would gladly return again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious beach resort experience.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und bot eine sehr grosse Auswahl. Alle Speisen waren qualitativ hochwertig und super lecker. Obwohl das Buffet sehr vielseitig war und wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas bot, habe ich jeden Tag das Gleiche gegessen – einfach weil ich so zufrieden mit meiner Wahl war! Für mich persönlich ist die hohe Qualität der Produkte besonders wichtig, und diese Erwartung wurde hier absolut erfüllt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls super: direkt am Strand und perfekt, um sich vom Alltagslärm zu erholen.

Das Resort ist so weitläufig, dass es sich zu keinem Zeitpunkt überfüllt anfühlt. Überall gibt es genügend Liegen, sodass man immer einen freien Platz findet.

Der Service im Zimmer sowie am Strand war durchgehend hervorragend – hier steht der Gast wirklich im Mittelpunkt. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Rahul vom Strandservice, der uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen hat! Das gesamte Personal war ausnahmslos sehr nett und entgegenkommend; so einen Service wünscht man sich überall.

Ein weiteres grosses Lob gilt dem Kids Club. Meinem Sohn hat es super gefallen. Alles war sehr sauber und perfekt auf Kinder ausgerichtet. Besonders toll ist auch der rutschfeste Boden auf dem Spielplatz. Auch hier war das Personal extrem freundlich und herzlich.

Cons:

Es gibt nur zwei kleine Punkte, die uns weniger gefallen haben:

Zum einen liefen beim Frühstück manchmal Katzen herum. Mir ist bewusst, dass sich das in einem offenen Resort nicht zu 100 % vermeiden lässt, aber für ein ungestörtes Essen wäre eine bessere Lösung wünschenswert.

Zum anderen war für uns persönlich die Auswahl beim In-Room-Dining etwas zu stark eingeschränkt. Da wir als Familie mit einem kleinen Kind reisten, konnten wir abends nicht immer in die Restaurants gehen. Das Essen, das wir im Zimmer bestellt haben, hat zwar hervorragend geschmeckt, aber die Karte könnte für Familien etwas abwechslungsreicher sein.

מלון יוקרתי עם יחס אדיב וחם כל הכבוד

המלון הזה הוא כמה רמות מעל כולם, צוות העובדים היו כל כך נחמדים ואדיבים, במיוחד אספניולה וקריסטינה מהקבלה, הגענו משפחה של 11 בנות למסיבת רווקות, הזמנו שלושה חדרים ושדרגו אותנו ל-3 וילות עם בריכה פרטית, היינו בהלם, האוכל בחדר האוכל היה מאוד טעים, המבחר היה גדול, המלצרים כל הזמן היו מסביבנו והגישו לנו שתייה חמה/קרה, היה מיץ גזר ומיץ תפוזים טרי, מבחר גדול של גבינות, ירקות, הכינו חביתות במקום, לא היה חסר כלום, החדרים היו נקיים, יש שלוש בריכות חיצוניות, בריכה אחת ענקית, בריכה ללא ילדים ובריכה עם מי ים, כל הבריכות היו ממש נקיות, הייתה לנו חוויה ממש טובה, הרגשנו שאנחנו במלון יוקרתי בתאילנד, נשמח לחזור לשם בעתיד.

Cons:

המקום רחוק מהמרכז, כדי להגיע לקניון, לג'מבו או למרינה צריך לנסוע במונית בין רבע שעה לעשרים דקות, מונית לכל כיוון בין 30 ל-40 יורו, בלילה 50 יורו.

Unfortunately, this hotel was a big disappointment. The property feels very outdated, with old furniture and worn facilities that are not reflected in the price. The room did not meet expectations, and overall the hotel offers poor value for money. For the amount charged, I expected a much higher standard of comfort and maintenance. I would not choose to stay here again.
