I like the pools and outdoor
I didn’t like the staff.
I came to parklane 9 times during this 10 years. It was perfect. But now it is not anymore. All the staff is new. They are very rude, Impolite,Unprofessional specially Nataly at the reception.
Rooms not clean. Towels very old very used and not clean at all. Everyday same problems. No water in our rooms. They need hours and hours to come clean the room.
At the breakfast everything smell very bed. Tables convert plates everything not clean at all and has bad smell.
This is my last trip to parklane. For sure I will not comeback again.

Top Anlage, welche alles bietet was man haben will. Die Anlage ist auch sehr kinderfreundlich und schafft alle Möglichkeiten um sich zu erholen
Die Preise sind sehr hoch. In dem Restaurant Lanes war der Service nicht immer top. Teilweise musste man sehr lange auf Bestellungen warten, obwohl am Abend kaum Leute da waren.
Das Hotel ist relativ weit weg von Limassol Zentrum
