The neat room
No biscuit in the deluxe room
Great location lovely spa and staff great breakfast would recommend
More of a drink selection in the spa would have been nice apart from water and hot drinks smoothies etc
The swimming pool and sauna was a particular highlight. There were a few steam rooms rather than just the one, and each one was a little different with different smells and temperature and lighting. There was even an ice room which was amazing.
We took a uber to Sunnydale for dinner which was a real highlight, a lovely little town.
I upgraded to get a bit more luxury but the room was pretty standard to be honest. Its a lovely setting but quite a basic offering. Useful for travelling through but not a destination venue.
Room was dated and very tight .
The location and the parking
The room we were in was vary dated decor and the room was very small very little space.
Breakfast not included and expensive so only paid for one day - should have been included for £100 per night room.
Room was as far from reception as possible. Hydro pool out of order for the 4 days I was there.
Spa facilities are great Good breakfast! Amazing location!
I had a fantastic time at the leisure club members Sip and Paint evening. Claire and Lisa organised a wonderful evening and they were so kind.
Very large and clean rooms. Lovely pool and bar areas. Children’s breakfast was free.
Signage to lifts was poor, pillows were not comfortable and some maintenance required on the rooms.
Historic with character as well as modern facilities. Excellent food.

Ascot side. The facial with Maria was amazing. Such a soft touch. Will return.
Perfect location for where we wanted to be.
The staff were excellent and the whole experience was relaxed with meals and drinks.
Bathroom was in need of a little bit of TLC. Only thing that really let the hotel down.
Spa had broken steam room....broken ,hydro pool..... broken sauna.
All the things you need for a soap break broken
Great Spa Day at The Berystede Spa! Fantastic massage from Tania who I would 100% recommend booking a treatment with. Probably the best massage I have ever had! 10/10 service. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family!
Disappointing stay overall so left one day early. Outdoor jacuzzi not working. Pool crowded with noisy families. No cushions on sun loungers outside. Mean penny pinching in spa so wanted £1 to put coffee in from their machine! Not fitting when paid for 3 day spa break. Wouldn't give gown or slippers in spa on day one. Had to walk back to room through reception in a towel. Room was adequate but noisy due to being near road. Breakfast was cold and sub-standard with rock hard veggie sausage and packet mix scrambled eggs. Shame because place has potential- nice old building and some of staff nice.. I think this is a 3 star hotel doing the minimum to qualify for 4 stars
