Pros:

The room although compact (i was staying as a loan traveller) was lovely and spotlessly clean. Really enjoyed the access to the spa and pool. Plentiful parking. Main hotel beautiful and all the staff were attentive and lovely

Cons:

I stayed on a thurs eve and waa quiet, due to few people at breakfast and lack of turnover the serve yourself cooked breakfast was tepid in temperature. However all the restaurant staff lovely.

Long distance from reception to my room in corridors with various steps to negotiate.
I find the lighting in the room too dim, it was very difficult to read by or put on makeup.

Breakfast was extremely poor, not much choice and when you ask for vegetarian sausages they burnt the first batch then nearly 25 minutes later they still were not served. Tea was extremely cold for both days of our stays.

We liked the location as we were visiting Lapland Uk. The hotel and room was lovely and clean

We had previously visited this hotel for the same reason, however this year there was no child’s buffet in the main restaurant, which was perfect last year after being out all day. We ordered food and the children’s food came out quite quickly which was good but the adults meals came out a good half an hour after theirs, food was actually quite pricey for what it was.
Breakfast wasn’t great either. No hot drinks offered and not a massive selection offered for the amount of people in the dining room. Overall we left a little disappointed as the whole reason we came back was because the year before was so good.
