Breakfast was average sausages need cooking longer and bacon needs to be crispy . Drink ie coffee was just standard no options or who served us couldn’t be bothered

Generally unfriendly staff. Why work in hospitality if you dont like dealing with members of public. trays / food / glasses just left for days in corridor and overall a depressing hotel to stay. Only slight positive is the spa and gym for the money paid.

We got married at The Berysyede last July and im only just getting round to writing a review now.

From the first visit meeting Cleo myself and my Mother in Law were both blown away by the venue and by Cleo.

We were shown the various packages and options available and shown the spaces available for the ceremony and the evening reception.

We went away and I promptly returned the same evening with my now husband to show him around. He loved the space just as much as us.

Cleo was so helpful from the first correspondence to after the wedding. Nothing wad too much trouble even tho she is clearly rushed off her feet especially during the crazy wedding season

We had the best day and everything went so smoothly. The food was amazing and we had so many so comments from our guests about how this was the best wedding food they had ever had!!

We spent the night before and rhe night of the wedding at the hotel and the bridal suite was truly impressive. A huge bed, dressing room, bathroom and seating area.

We would 100% recommend this venue for a wedding and we are looking forward to pur complimentary anniversary meal this coming July!

Beautiful setting, friendly staff. Had a lovely facial with some great advice from Laura Buckland. Massage was so relaxing. Had a headache before treatment, she made it disappear.

Would honestly say we loved our wellness day with chelsea, the hotel was lovely and clean, staff were great, food was so nice! Will be back to use the spa & for another wellness day

Really well-organised day by Chelsea, held in the hotel’s conference centre. The classes were fantastic – including a workout, Pilates, tarot reading, sound bath and breathwork. The food was nutritious and beautifully prepared, and the whole day had such a lovely atmosphere. Great location with plenty of parking and clean facilities.
Can’t wait for the next one!

Wow! What can I say…. The Spa service was an absolute dream. As soon as I walked into the hotel and the aromas hit me from the lobby I literally floated down to vital with my senses leading my way.. I was not disappointed…. The staff were so welcoming and inviting. My consultation was on point and lovely Liv gave me the most incredible facial. I nearly dropped off with her expertise and my skin was glowing the next day. On the second day of my stay I was yet again taken aback of how professional the therapist were, Tash was an absolute dream in advising me which treatment would suit me best and boy she was not wrong! I was lucky enough to have Emma for a Swedish deep tissue massage and I can honestly say it was second to none. All of my upper body tension was expelled within the treatment. I can’t thank the three of you enough and will be back on a regular basis! I can highly recommend these ladies who made my stay absolutely amazing. Thank you so much x

What an incredible wellness day from start to finish! The whole experience flowed seamlessly — from a full body workout and Pilates to a tarot reading and a deeply relaxing sound bath. It was the perfect mix of movement, mindfulness, and something a little magical.

The attention to detail throughout the day was truly impressive, and the food, refreshments and drinks were delicious.

I came away feeling refreshed, inspired, and already excited for the next one. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly nourishing day out & abit of ME time!

Great location and a convenient and pleasant spa experience, particularly the heated outside pool in winter.

The environment and food of the restaurant has improved
