Raj, on Reception, was extremely helpful, and the facilities overall were great.
The system of swiping clients' cards to give £50 pre-authorisation for car parking, meals, etc, then charging them again for the actual amount spent (in my case, $48.07) is inconvenient and slightly worrying, as it leaves the original £50 as a 'pending' debit from my bank account for several working days. Wouldn't it make more sense to have refunded my card with £1.93 on checkout, then taken the pre-authorised £50?

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean and well decorated. The food at dinner and breakfast was lovely and the pool area was a great addition. My room was lovely, there was a lot of space and the bed was comfy.
