Great stay as always
Pros:

Have stayed here on afew occasions when visiting my daughter, always find it to be comfortable, good value, very clean and a great breakfast although this time there was a charge of £7.50 for parking which was free the last time we booked, but even with that it's still good value for money, and I suppose it gives you piece of mind that you can park outside the hotel so not really a issue and as the guy on reception pointed out some places charge a lot more . so all in all a great stay in lovely surroundings,would give it an 11 if I could so thank you and keep up the great work, and will definitely be back 😃

Convenient to be near the hospital thats all
Pros:

Breakfast was AMAZING 👏 And the staff were brilliant they changed our room for a better one 😀

Cons:

We were told there was a pool but it was very small and had lanes for lane swimming. Also the jacuzzi was terrible and worked in a low mode when it felt like it and was very small.Never again would I go there.

Enjoyed our one night stay. Had a good comfy sleep.
Pros:

Comfy bed and pillows, good size room and bathroom. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
Staff friendly.

Cons:

The carpet in room was heavily stained, no fridge or hairdryer which would bother me if I stayed longer than one night.

Pros:

Large bed. Car park space.

Cons:

Only 2 t bags and 2 milks in room. No water in room. Brightly lit bar at 10pm. Loud guests in corridor at 6.15am. No notices asking guests to be considerate with noise.
