Good location with plenty of parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice terrace to sit out on.

Room was well equipped and spacious with good air-con and the bed was roomy and comfortable,
Buffet breakfast was good with excellent coffee.
When booking I had requested a room with a walk-in shower and received a confirmation that one was available. In the event, it wasn't.

Friendly staff
Only issue was we had booked a room for three people and the sofa bed wasnt made up ! After a 4.5 hours drive then we had to wait for someone to come make it up and bring the extra towels for a third person.
Bigger room and bed than we expected and was very much appreciated, as were the decent blackout curtains. We had a much needed, good night's sleep.
We didn't have time to sit down for brekkie, but got take out coffee and croissants instead. Both were good.
If you have mobility issues, request a ground floor room, as we didn't see a luft (it is only a two storey building. Reception staff very friendly.
Would happily stay again. Quite impressed for the price.

Helpful staff
No access to gym or swimming pool. Also, short staffed in bar as had to wait 50 mins for a drink as I was asked to order at my table as we were dining and then a further wait.
Friendly helpful staff, clean fresh hotel, really comfortable and relaxing room, good food in the restaurant, fitness suite.
My son has complex SEN and staff were accommodating and kind.
