Location is fantastic
Room was very comfortable however the bathroom was a little on the small side

Beautiful and very comfortable hotel, at an excellent location.
My stay was too short.

The service, the ambience and the rooms. Especially the nice touch when it came to my other half's birthday surprise. They left us a lovely bottle of fizz chilled on ice with specially made baked goods by the chef as a surprise.
Would certainly be back to try out the newly renovated spa and restaurant!

The location is fantastic. Very central for shopping great restaurants and bars. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, clean and the staff are very friendly.

A very personal and friendly touch by the staff. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and they did various things to make our stay more special. The restaurant attached to the hotel was fantastic, really great food. The hotel was very comfortable and extremely accommodating.
The fact we had to pay £20 to park my car in the car park as was a hotel guest but I knew this before hand. Also I think breakfast could have been served to the guests instead of a buffet style. Everything about the hotel was premium and if they had breakfast served to you, including on the menu Eggs benedict, Eggs fiorentine, I think this would have been better and would have matched my expectations in line with the quality of the hotel.
