Great hotel and great location
Breakfast buffet was disappointing. Small selection and often empty. We only ate breakfast there once

We went to Bath for our Anniversary, the hotel kindly left us a bottle of fizz in the room as we arrived, very nice touch. The hotel was wonderful. The room was a good size & super clean.
We had a drink in the bar area which is decorated beautifully, the bar staff were excellent.
Reception staff very welcoming and overall could not fault our stay. will definitely go back soon.
Un hôtel élégant, idéalement situé, literie TRÈS confortable. Personnel de grande qualité (hôtel, bar, restaurant, petit déjeuner) parking. Chambres décorées avec attention (ensuite les goûts appartiennent à chacun 😉) Radio avec une playlist de l’hôtel dans les chambres. Excellente isolation phonique. Excellent Petit déjeuner. L’attention du détail dans de multiples sujets. Bravo!
Une suggestion : des peignoirs et des chaussons seraient à ajouter dans les chambres pour une prestation totalement cohérente.
Loved everything about this hotel. The location was fab, the staff were excellent, the room was ready early, had air con and was super comfy
The shower was a bit low (body height not head height) which made it hard to wash hair but that was due to the low ceilings. A tall person would struggle to fit

The Francis Hotel has a beautful design over the whole hotel! It also has an excellent location, so it was easy to walk anywhere:) Me and my family really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, well equipped and finished too, very comfortable king bed in the Comfy room, air con worked a treat in the hot weather, excellent shower and TV, very good breakfast in elegant dining room, staff great.
Our first room was too near the street on the round floor but we were moved without any quibble to first floor room.
