A truly memorable stay - we loved every minute.
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at the Francis Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of both traditional English options and fresh items like yogurt, overnight oats, and fruit. Everything exceeded our expectations, and this is one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in.

Cons:

Nothing at all. We had a wonderful stay.

Fantastic bougie hotel, defo be back

Great location for town, beautifully decorated with lots of character and staff very attentive & helpful

Cons:

Maid accidentally came in the room when we were still in bed at 8am! Not a problem, just a shock!

In my opinion the best place to stay in Bath.
Pros:

I lived in Bath for 5 years until just 6 months ago and so I saw the renovations that took place over the years. Now returning to visit the city I love I opted to stay here for the first time in 8 years and it is immaculate. The hotel has been truly given a new lease of life. The staff were all excellent too.

Cons:

Staff first and foremost as I’m a big believer that this is the most important part of a company/hotel and they were all first class. Room was gorgeous. Location literally couldn’t be any better.

Comfortable, welcoming, luxurious and relaxing
Pros:

Wonderful location. It felt like a truly special stay and the staff were lovely and welcoming. Especially the doorman. Even better, they are dog friendly and made up a treat package for the dog on arrival. Having the flexibility to bring our dog really enhanced the stay.
