Lovely hotel and staff, clean, comfy bed and amazing sheets and duvet. Perfect location right in the centre of Bath, everything was great!

Nothing at all
Lovely decor, plush towels. Location is the best. We liked the thermal couples spa.
Up-to-Date facility with spacious rooms. Modern aesthetic blended with classical styling makes this a comfortable hotel to spend several days.
The only hold back might be the noise from the square. There wast a lot of sound proofing it seems and noise from the road and people on the sidewalks was pretty audible in the room
Staff always helpful and smiley. We have stayed several times and hope to return again soon

Location was excellent
The room was spacious, clean and had all the required facilities. Staff were friendly and the coffee at breakfast was the best we had. Location spot on central and parking facilities at the back.
A bit of a down side our room was direct on the bar, we could hear the music from our room, it did not impact us, as you can see from rating, but if you're a light sleeper best to avoid.
Staff were incredible, location and amenities.
Position
Considering the cost of the hotel, the breakfast was perhaps the poorest I have ever encountered. Coffee was stone cold, no choice other than fried breakfast, no fish, only scrambled eggs.and it was extremely disappointing.
