入住三天，第一天还可以，服务员也打扫房间了，第二天早上，服务员敲门问需要打扫吗？我说需要，下午一点打扫，结果晚上回来一看，根本没有进来打扫。第三天上午11点要退房，九点半多一点，突然一位男性服务员不敲门就用房卡刷开我的房门，不知道他要干什么，我被吓了一跳，退房前也不需要进来打扫呀！

We’ve stayed there previously, so knew it was nice. It didn’t disappoint.
Pros:

Quiet, bed really clean and comfortable. Great cocktails. Fantastic bar staff.

Cons:

£20 each for breakfast. At the till was told it £45 for 2. £5 automatically added on for service charge.

Don't hesitate
Pros:

I'd like to say that this is the worst place to stay in Bath so that I can have it all to myself, but it's the best by far. The staff are exceptional, the food is also the best in Bath, the hotel is stunning and it's now my favourite place to come to for some much needed R&R. It's also very dog friendly - my dog rests so peacefully here. If you were umming and ahhing over whether to book...just do it.

Cons:

Literally nothing. This hotel (and everyone in it) is exquisite.

Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff, especially when we had to cancel one room due to illness. Beautiful hotel in a perfect location in Bath. Beautiful and comfortable room. A lovely gift was put in our room as it was my 60th birthday, which was much appreciated.

Happy Guests
Pros:

This was our second stay at the Francis, this time following extensive refurbishment. We were warmly welcomed by Reception staff, and were delighted with our 3rd floor beautifully decorated room overlooking the square. It was spotlessly clean and very well appointed - we particularly appreciated the generous provision of drinks and biscuits, and a request for the loan of hair straighteners resulted in immediate delivery! Buffet style breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of hot and cold food available. Special thanks to the friendly, helpful chap available in the entrance area who is a real asset to this lovely. We look to future stays!
