Top top hotel
Pros:

What a fantastic hotel. Had a make over since I was last here. Spotless room with all mod cons, super bathroom and shower. Immaculate throughout lovely friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Great position opposite Queens Square you can walk to all attractions. Parking at rear £20 per.night. Highly recommended, we will return, 2 night deals online at the moment

Lovely hotel, great location
Pros:

Had a lovely time staying in Bath. Francis hotel was a beautiful hotel and the location was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was beautiful, food was very fresh. Staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. We hope to return again sometime!

All the staff were lovely but Gerry was our favourite. We stayed for our daughters graduation and they really made her feel special

Brilliant Hotel and Spa
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Our room is large and spacious, even though it's classed as cosy. The bathroom toiletries are gorgeous and top quality.
We are celebrating my husbands birthday. There was a bottle of prosecco on ice with delicious sweet delights.
I've just had a marvellous massage by Alice, she is a very skilled masseuse/therapist and demonstrated how talented she is by using techniques I've never experienced before and I have regular deep tissue massages in Norfolk.
I feel totally relaxed walking on air.
