Important information:

The credit/debit card used to book a pre-paid rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. Please note that failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required.

There are restricted times for use of the pool by children under 16 years of age.

Kids splash times are between 9am until 10am & 4pm until 6pm.

Booking for Linden Restaurant is recommended before arrival, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation.

All infants aged 2 years and younger stay free of charge in a cot/crib. Please note the maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.

Guests are advised to book dinner in advance. Booking tables for breakfast and afternoon tea can be booked by the reception team upon check in.

Please note that the hotel doesn't accept any cash payments.

When booking 7 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Dinner allowance is £25 per person towards food only per night.

Please note that the elevator is unavailable, guests must use the stairs.

The spa is closed on from 31/03/2025 to 01/04/2025 for refurbishment work.

Beautiful old Manor house with helpful staff.
Pros:

The hotel was a gorgeous old Manor house with seating in a spacious garden. Plenty of parking. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Had trouble getting the air conditioning to cool the room down adequately.

Een mooie ruime tuin. De airconditioning op de kamer. Het eten in het restaurant. De grote van het zwembad en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Het brandalarm werkte ook uitstekend.

Cons:

De rekening van het restaurant. Omdat het hotel no cash accepteert, geven ze een fooi optie aan van 12,5% van de rekening. Zonder te vragen berekenen ze gewoon die 12,5 % of ze het verdienen of niet. Dus het hotel bepaald en niet de klant.

The Hotel is in need of a refresh for sure
Pros:

Location to Ascot and the reception Hall and staircase appearance

Cons:

The Bed mattress and pillows was very soft making it difficult to sleep , unfortunately our neighbours were smoking weed in their bedroom and playing grime music to the early hours which made the night unpleasant

The garden out front was massively overgrown and lawn in need of mowing

The bathroom is in need of an update and refresh
