Bed was too soft
Property is great for me as I travel to the area for work. Hotel is welcoming, super surroundings, bar area and restaurant. Spa area fab!
Amazing location and building. All excellent but breakfast variable depending on what day of the week it is. Otherwise the best hotel in the area and absolutely beautiful.
The grounds and the building
The room was lovely.
The AC did not work at all
Very helpful, hard working staff and nice historic buildings. The breakfast was good and it was very handy to have the use of the swimming pool and gym.
The sauna and steam room were out of order in the spa.

The building was beautiful and in lovely grounds. The swimming pool was fantastic. The staff were very friendly on the whole.
There was little option for food on the bar menu for dinner. Then some items were not available and there were no other options given.
We had to wait a VERY long time for our food.
Breakfast was spot on and location was perfect for our visit.

Charming building. Great parking. Nice leisure centre. Comfy beds. Fridge in room. Breakfast was tasty. Reception staff were friendly. Good powerful shower.
It felt a bit dated and lacking in atmosphere, but the place grew on us. Its kind of is what it is. But needs a bit of money spent here and there.
Wij hadden dit verblijf geboekt en waren door familieomstandigheden genoodzaakt onze vakantie af te breken. Op de vraag om om te boeken werd nee gezegd terwijl de kamer betaald was. Hotel nam de telefoon niet op. Wij hebben dus alles betaald en geen gebruik gemaakt van de kamer. Ook geen persoonlijke reactie ontvangen.
Voor de honden werd een week eerder toen we hier al een nacht hadden geslapen 50 pond extra gerekend. Tevens mochten de honden niet alleen op de kamer verblijven en konden we de faciliteiten niet gebruiken. Uiteindelijk mocht het heel even. De sauna was echter kapot, het turks stoombad rook muf.
