i requested a travel cot and was not provided with one when i asked they said they don’t have any. this is not ideal when i have a baby that had nowhere to sleep

My favourite hotel ! Because it’s all down to staff. They make it special.

Nice staff. Lovely food mostly the boneless chicken and avocado on toast amazing.

The staff! They are all amazing, from reception to the bar staff and the gentle man at the poolside, kind and friendly.

Cons:

The cleaning team need to do deep cleaning, the bathroom needs deep cleaning mostly the basins

After stay service superb
Pros:

The after sales service was excellent. Three weeks after my stay I realised I had left a shirt in the wardrobe. The front desk confirmed that they had found it and packed it ready for me to send a courier to collect it. All went extremely well.
