Never disappointed when i stay here.
Pros:

Have stayed at this hotel over the years and never had a bad experience. Friendly and helpful staff who actually remember you. Food is good and rooms are excellent

Nice hotel with swimming pool and jacuzzi, room was very clean, friendly staff good food in the bar/redtutant. Free

Cons:

Our room had an adjoining door to the next room which im assuming is used if you have families in separate rooms. We could hear talking and tv. We asked to change rooms, and was given another room with no problems.

If you come here, insist on having a room away from the Trainline
