Proximity to good walking country. Excellent room, comfortable overlooking the garden away from the road and with a glazed balcony. Loved it.
Automatic check in. Delighted to arrive and find a real person. Also the fact that you couldn’t run an account so that your bar bill, restaurant charges etc could be run on a tab and everything paid at the end of your stay.

Great location and comfy beds
We traveled from the United States for our daughter’s wedding and stayed for multiple days at this location. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. My husband has stayed here once prior and we will continue to book our stays here for any upcoming trips to the UK. Thank you to all staff for making our stay memorable and enjoyable.
Comfortable, spacious room, very clean
No response from reception during the night when there was an emergency in the room next door
The room was very comfortable and, being at the back of the hotel, was lovely and peaceful with a view of the beautiful garden. On checking in, and throughout my stay, Krishna was very polite and helpful.
