Location
Now have to pay for parking at the hotel which is ridiculous as it’s £10 per Car
Location amazing , easy reach of our wedding venue .
Krist and Dani were amazing at organisation despite many system difficulties
Toilets not working properly in 2 rooms , cracked sink , wardrobe door off hinges . Unappetising breakfast for bridal party , slow setvice in restaurant first night .
Tried to charge us all for 2 days parking when i had agreed in march 25 no parking charges
Lost bride’s veil for 30 mins as room serviced and tried to blame us for misplacing . No apology from very rude manager when it magically appeared in the maid’s hand as we were leaving
Had to sit on phone with Receptionist Krist for 2 hrs over 2 days as booking.com wouldn’t take payments and names of guests not coming through so was all manual room allocation for 17 rooms
Teabag in cup that we hadnt used
The rooms were a good size although sparsely decorated. Everything was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and nice to have a bath with a good shower. Plenty of power sockets and a working telly. Didnt try breakfast as I felt the price was expensive compared to local amenities.
I booked this hotel as it had parking however, what I failed to spot or see anywhere in the description was that there was a charge for parking of £10 / night. That was paid as soon as I arrived. The next thing was the check is all done online. No need for a receptionist however there was one on duty. They sorted the parking payment but there was no empathy or welcome or even directions to my room. We had a long journey and I was looking forward to my shower, the control came off in my hand. A trip down to reception to be told they would come up in 5 mins to look. 10 mins later I went down to fond the receptionist looking bored. I asked what happened and pointed out that the room now had an unpleasant smell since I closed the window and turned the heating on. This time they jumped into action and gave me a courtesy room straight away. The rest of the stay was thankfully uneventful but without any goodbuy or conversation as we left, I felt that friendly customer service was definitely lacking
comfortable and quiet once the motor bikes had stopped razzing about
couldnt access my room at first with key card, had to ask cleaner and then return to reception to get code card reset. the online regitration system is impersonal and doesnt work well
Good value for money rooms and convenient location
Additional steep £10 per night parking charge not clear on here. Also ground floor rooms with balcony all smell of cigarette smoke and we had to chase twice for missing towels. Pool not open until end of March.
The staff were good
The room 114 needs work.
The waiter was excellent (we didn't get his name) he was tall and slim with a beard and very smiley. The food was excellent too.
The room was cold even tho we had the heating on. We had to push the chairs against the curtains to block out the draft, but it was still quite chilly. The restaurant wasn't open, so we ate in the bar area but it was comfortable.
Room was really nice
All was good
Nice and peaceful environment.

Location
Trying to talk to someone at the hotel is hard work.
Try to charge you £10 per night for parking, there is on street parking for free.
My room was clean but dated
