Das Haus selbst hat Charme und Stile, angefangen vom Empfang über Bar, Restaurant und Frühstückssaal.
Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, lecker und typisch britisch.
Der Charme des Hauses fehlte in unserem Zimmer komplett.
Die Sauberkeit im Bad, der schlechte Zustand einiger Einrichtungen.
Frage: wieso merkt eine Reinigungskraft nicht, dass das Wasser im Waschbecken nicht richtig abläuft, das Türen quitschen, und das Türschloss nicht funktioniert?
Hier sollte das Personal geschult werden.
Lovely stay at a gorgeous hotel. Everything about it was beautiful , tasteful and all areas are clean and well kept.

The bar area was quite nice. The garden is attractive. Some staff were very good.
It had very limited parking. The room was rather basic. There is only one coffee machine in the breakfast area which is irritating at busy times.

Breakfast was excellent. Really good food, well cooked. The sausages were outstanding and not the usual cheap rubbish at other hotels. Full English breakfast highly recommended. Accommodation was excellent, room was nice and well presented and the bed was very comfy, giving an excellent nights sleep. Highly recommended hotel. Staff were very friendly and professional.

The friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the rooms.The location was also great because I was attending a wedding and it was a ten minute drive to the wedding venue .
My mom’s sink didn’t drain so as she brushed her teeth, the water remained in the sink. She tried all efforts to rectify it but to no avail.
She also could not reach anyone at the front desk despite calling a few times.

Perfectly located in the centre of Farnham this classic traditional English Hotel offers the perfect accommodation for a break. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist who made us very welcome. Once settled into our room we ventured to the bar and garden which offers a very relaxed and picturesque atmosphere. Rooms are as expected for a 4 star Hotel with everything that you would need and a comfortable bed. We opted for the garden room with its patio area looking out onto the rear lawn. Overall a pleasure to stay at a this family owned hotel with accommodating helpful staff, a lovely breakfast and lovely surroundings.
