Location was ok. Parking was good.
I thought it was expensive for a relatively small room and I had to change rooms because the toilet was constantly running.
Room 234 got extra pilliows after not realising it was in the plastic on wardrobe . Lovely evening receptionist gave it to me after l said did not need them after we found them but appreciate l could have them use to 4 at home just for me Sarah.
nothing been before loved our stay as usual
The breakfast range was delicious, the breakfast room was beautiful, and all the staff were so lovely. The room was cosy, immaculately decorated, super clean, and quiet. It was great to have an easy-access car park. The location of the hotel in Farnham is excellent, as you can walk straight out into the centre.
It’s beautiful
Facilities are dated and there’s far to many plastic plants. EV charging is insanely expensive.
All great
Na
Breakfast was good, lovely selection
Location was brilliant right in the centre of town. The facilities were clean bright and airy. The staff were wonderful, there were 2 staff on reception when I arrived one of which carried my suitcase up to my bedroom and set the air-conditioning for me and produced a heater as I had just arrived from Australia where it was 34° to 11° in the UK. I ordered breakfast the evening before which was £13 a great price for fruit and cerial, cooked breakfast coffee and pastries, cheeses and ham and juice, absolutely brilliant. I would highly recommend this hotel.
No lift as its an old hotel. However the staff will carry suitcases to your bedroom upon request.
Lovely historic hotel right in the heart of Farnham. Rooms were spacious and well kept, plus seemed very quiet in the part we stayed in. Lovely restaurant for dinner and breakfast.
Being allocated a room towards the upstairs back of the hotel meant a pretty long walk each time with a baby. We tried changing the allocation with no luck
A well appointed hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Staff helpful and friendly and breakfast was generous. Worth the price
Car park is awful and they charge £5 per night. Long walks and climbs to rooms.
staff always friendly and helpful
rooms too hot! stayed at this hotel a number of times, the staff are its biggest asset, what lets it down is the amount of time it takes to book in, you need to change or update your system
