Pros:

Love The Bush. Always a great place to stay. Excellent value for the price.

Cons:

Only thing I didnt like was not having a bath in my room but otherwise it was perfect.

Cons:

We were at the hotel at 12:30 and requested early check in. We were told to either wait until 1pm or pay £25 for early check in. Considering it was only 30min, we didn’t find hotel to be very accommodating unlike many others.

An ideal starting point for the North Downs Way.
Pros:

Nice hotel, super breakfast and convenient for the start of The North Downs Way. All of the staff were really helpful.

Cons:

The lower door trim fell off and stopped the door from closing. The bathroom fan isolation switch fell apart as soon I touched it but other than those few minor points it was super and a hotel I would recommend. The room could do with a few more electrical socks.

Lovely and relaxing will definitely return.
Pros:

Lovely hotel throughout, hidden little gem away from high street but close enough if wanted to explore. Beautiful grounds to sit outside and relax. Wonderful food and lovely staff.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike it was all perfect.

Cons:

unfortunately, there was a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms, mainly door banging but could also hear the people next door.

Excellent Saturday night stay in Farnham.
Pros:

Excellent location, used the hotel parking during stay, complimentary internet included, fridge in the room and great TV which was easy to use.

Cons:

Only complaint is regarding the provided hotel room safe which is positioned on the floor and all our efforts to get it to work properly were unsuccessful.

Lovely spot
Pros:

Location is lovely and the garden patio ideal for good weather. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

I still can't get my head round a 4star hotel shutting its kitchen to residents on a Sunday evening, but sadly not unusual in the Guildford area. We were badly disturbed by noise at 11.30pm and again at 4.30 in the morning. I thought it might have been the room next door but there also seemed to be a service cupboard between the rooms which sounded more likely! Didn't help to be told some people are insomniacs when mentioning this...
