Not recommended, as IHG property it's not upto standard.
Pros:

Extra Bed make noise . No hot water in tub , no drinking water in room when asked informed me no free water than why keep kettle and tea bag inside room 😯

Cons:

When we order room service food delivary need extra money . Otherwise we need to collect food from restaurant. I suprised that . Better not informed me go and cook kitchen open for guest 😏

Expensive, uncomfortable and remote location from airport
Pros:

The staff tried to help when we complained about the lack of working airconditioning in the room, moved us and even delivered a complementary drink

Cons:

The rooms’ air conditioning does not work well or at least wasn’t tested in several rooms.
The new room on the ground floor did have an air conditioning system that worked for a period of time and then switched off. We had to wake up periodically through the night to switch it back on.
The first room was far too warm.
The need to pay £20 for Hoppa buses (to and from the hotel) which result in at least a 35 min delay getting to/from the airport terminal was a clear disadvantage of this hotel’s location.

Pros:

Close to the Airport which is convenient. Clean and Staff helpful

Cons:

Shuttle does take a bit long to arrive, although we arrived late at night so could be the reason why....not sure how it is during he day.

Dissapointing
Pros:

Very dissapointing experience unfortunately nothing good to report

Cons:

Information provided by reception desk on shuttle bus was incorrect as a result we were waiting for bus that would not be arriving. Tried calling reception for assistance but no reply. Waited 40 mins to then get a taxi to the hotel.
On arrival at hotel we were told our room was ready only to find the bed for 3rd person in our party had not been prepared nor were there extra towels.
Throughout the night the air-conditioning switched off approximately every 2 hours so waking up all sweaty to restart it meant we got no rest.
Totally dissapointing experience

Didn't get much sleep due to people being noisy in opposite room.
Pros:

Did not take breakfast. Location is very good

Cons:

The room was very tired and needs a good revamp as well as corridor areas. Lifts are too small.

Hotel is convenient and well connected to terminals via Hoppa bus. Bar and restaurant pretty good. Room very comfortable.

We had a good stay. I'd come again but it lacked few simple touches.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and efficient in a pleasant environment

Cons:

The croissant etc tended to run out, leaving me with only one type to select.
The room didn't have any bottled water in it and there was no fridge in the space for one.
I thought that the tea-making facilities in the room were a little disappointing - OK but ...
I couldn't see any information in the room about WiFi, breakfast times, check-out times etc.
(Again, I felt that it was minimalistic.)
I thought that it was 'quant' that there was 1 bath towel for the 2 of us in the bathroom but there was a 'spare one' in the room, if required.
