We decided to stay at the Holiday Inn before heading off on our cruise, and what a great decision it was!
From the moment we arrived, the customer service was brilliant. The amazing Danny was on hand to help us check in, including helping us with the electric car. He was so approachable, friendly and genuinely helpful — always with a smile! 😊

The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and the room is perfect for the four of us. Fantastic hotel with electric vehicle charging points, which was a massive bonus for us. 🔋⚡️

Food was good 👍🏻 main bed was comfy
Sofa bed had lumps in so our daughter had to sleep in our bed, looked like makeup stains on the sheet and pillow
I liked the place itself. Shower and beds were great.
The food downstairs was woeful, but served by lovely people.
But the constant harassment via every method possible (Booking.com, Email and Texts) is beyond irritating. I’m on holiday….thats why I stayed with you….what makes you think I want to drop everything to help YOU sell YOUR hotel to other people when I’m trying to relax.
The harassment post stay for a review. A review is a privelege, not a right that you’re entitled to. Stop acting like paying customers owe you something.

La navette pour aller à l’aéroport est bien pratique.
Le restaurant n’était pas terrible.
Par contre on a apprécié le libre service et la gratuité pour les repas des enfants.

Family room not big enough or catered for, with 4. It was set up for 3 people, 2 adults and one child. 3 sets of towels etc. The sofa bed was a single bed, not fit for 2 people.
Suggest bunk beds or at least a double bed size.
Robert the lovely guy in the restaurant was brilliant, he made our stay! Check in and check out was easy, no issues, Gatwick hoppa was also easy.
Noisy kids in the room next door! Not the hotels fault unless the walls are really thin!
10minutes by a taxi
We only select to stay at this property because I could book a cot for my 18 months baby. When we arrived there’s no cot even after they confirmed. I had to go to the reception and ask for one cot . They left in our room but didn’t bored to even put something on the top to make comfortable. The cot was very had that we didn’t put our baby there. So we didn’t sleep well and something that supposed to make the start of our holiday relax it’s was more stressful

Maybe it was just us, but zero indications from the baggage area as to where to go to find the hotel.
