Easy shuttle ride, amazing breakfast
Close to airport.
Nothing around anywhere for alternate food + drink choices. So expensive for food and drink at hotel. Poor service at bar.
The restaurant
The location was great and the bus from the airport stops right outside the door.
The room was very spacious with a huge tv and a very comfortable bed.
With our premium room we got a complimentary stocked mini bar which we didn’t expect!
Check in was very quick which was well appreciated after travelling all day.
Great location and friendly staff
Close to Gatwick airport so extremely convenient for us as we had an early morning flight out. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was incredible.
The only downfall was an alarm went off at about 8pm and we didn’t know what the ear splitting noise was. The children were frightened and it took us a while to figure out we should be evacuating- it turned out to be a false alarm so we could go back to our rooms.
