Pros:

The room was spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and adequate towels for guests.
We had both dinner and breakfast there. All meals were great.
The bar and dining facility offer plenty of options
You can dine. watch a game or relax in the bar.

Cons:

My daughter and her family travelled with us. We had the exact same rooms. The office manager served us. She booked my daughter closer to the lift and my husband and I, both elderly had the room the absolute farthest from the lift.

Nice hotel great location

Cons:

A/C being controlled centrally is not great as it was really warm in room. We had to change rooms and we were offered a fan to help since after an hr the A/C just shuts off. This is not great during warm summer months.

Pros:

Delicious breakfast buffet in the morning, we also had room service the night before which was surprising good! All staff was so kind and friendly. Room was very clean, small but comfortable.

Reasonable but if they could fix the air conditioning issue it would be wonderful.

Location was great. Easy to travel with the shuttle. Comfortable. Breakfast was great. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Air conditioning switched off every 2 hours so had to wake up in the middle of the night multiple times to switch on the air conditioning

Great location but issues
Pros:

Good size and good location

Cons:

Our room had a leak and it poured all over the ceeling and floor and we ended having to change rooms mid way through the stay , tye hotel did move us to another rook BHT after allmthe traveling up to that point it was a little inconvenience.

Several if our items got wet and we had to throw out lunch . I think it was a faulty ac but not he best situation.

Can't thank you enough...
Pros:

The hotel was so accommodating about my recent need of a wheelchair. They ensured that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Great communication before arriving. Couldn't have asked for more.

Cons:

The spec was not quite up to the standard that I had booked. We were expecting a minu bar/fridge which was not available in the accessible room.
