A very good dinner; I really took a liking to Marta and Sanjay—they were very helpful people who brightened up a day that hadn't been going very well. The dinner was great, and our whole family will definitely be back.

We spend very nice day in Holiday Inn hotel with my family. We had amazing dinner with perfect service from Marta and Sanjay. They made our stay even better. Food was very tasty. We'll definitely come back.
Proximity to Gatwick Airport. Did not take the shuttle because had been warned there may be queues, taxi only cost £20 and my luggage was carried in for me.
There is a restaurant about for fairly light food, although I did enjoy what I thought. If I had wanted a more involved meal and had been earlier arriving I would have to a full dinner. The breakfast is extremely good and starts from 6 am to accommodate most early travellers.
my particular requirements were not newly addressed and I had to carry my luggage backwards and forwards through two corridors in search of an available room with walk in the shower, and essential for me.
Very dated. Bad smell in the room. Many lights and plug sockets didn’t work. Room 515.
The location was amazing and the room was very comfortable and everything was amazing.
Just one thing I would change the sofa bed was slightly uncomfortable.

We have stayed here for the night before out flight and stopped for a meal food is very good and our waiter Robert is very kind and polite this is the second year he has served us.
Stayed for 1 night. At this point we have not completed our night but have had some food in the downstairs restaurant.
What a great experience for the evening, we are a family of 10, of all different ages, and Robert the waiter for the night has been absolutely fantastic. Holiday Inn please make sure you reconcile Robert for all his hard work, what a friendly guy and made everybody feel extremely welcome.
Food was good as well and a very good selection in the menu.
5 stars for me based on the restaurant.
The room is also great, plenty of space, drinks available, and nice and clean.
