Práctico hotel
Pros:

Es muy cómodo, silencios e ideal para salir temprano en avión desde Gatwick

Cons:

Uno de los ascensores no funcionaba y el otro estaba muy ocupado así que intenté bajar por las escaleras pero no las encontré por ningún lado lo que me agobió un poco pensando en cómo se podría salir en caso de incendio

The inside was really cool, I love what you’ve done with the space and layout. The rooms are amazing, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great.

Gave a superb relaxing start to break away.

Room did not reflect the main part of hotel.
Cons:

Room was not clean there was dust everywhere. Also in the bathroom there was old limescale build up under the lip of sink. The main shower head didn’t work and there was no knob on the control. The adjustable shower head could not be made higher. The mattress was extremely dirty and some of the towels were yellow. I will not be staying there again very disappointed. I think this hotel needs to revise their housekeeping staff and maintenance.

A perfect transit hotel next to London Gatwick
Pros:

Just the perfect transit hotel at London Gatwick. Large, spacious room with very comfortable bed. And a very nice view of the runway! Very short walk from North Terminal and good value for money. Vanda is also a good Asian restaurant with very friendly staff, especially Elena who looked after us so well. Just perfect for an overnight stay before an early flight in the morning.

Cons:

Only one out of two lifts on our side of the building was working.
