Staying at Gatwick Sofitel was a fantastic start to my holiday.
Pros:

Beautiful clean room with a great view outside overlooking the runway. Bed was comfortable and it was nice to go along to the Club Millesime on the 8th floor for the canapes and petits fours in the evening. All the staff I met were friendly and helpful, the coffee in this hotel was delicious and the morning breakfast downstairs was very good as well with lots of food and drink options.

I would definitely stay here again next time I have an early flight.
