A few steps from the terminal doors and we were in a beautiful hotel.
The fire drill. We were sleeping after a long few flights from New Zealand and the alarms started going off. We ended up in a back corridor and then back up stairs and then out another door and waited outside only to be moved along further away and then moved back and then allowed back in. The staff weren’t vocal or visible in the hall ways or outside and people were confused. Not great had there been a real fire. We weren’t told to expect a drill so were very confused and shocked. We were only there 2pm-2am so missed out on breakfast etc so can only rate the room.

Easy to off load bags from car directly to hotel and then return hire care. V friendly helpful curbside staff, off-loading cars efficiently. Room comfy - bed super good and choices to eat at night - good for an airport hotel - even managed a lounge bar feel in foyer
A top sheet on the bed would be nice - it would save the extra work of having to take the warm doona out of the cover - especially in the summer!

The signposting to the hotel from the terminal is appalling. It is surprising that anyone ever finds the hotel
Get this on a good deal and you're laughing. Super location makes it effortless to go from North Terminal.
Reception staff were lovely and it's a really nice atrium and rooms very well appointed if not a little dark. Would absolutely stay here again for convenience..
Some of the bar staff were very disinterested and didn't seem to hide it. Which grates when you're commanding 12.5%..
If you're not getting it on a good deal this place is very expensive. It's the location that is key.
The receptionist was excellent friendly and very pleasant the location was excellent for Gatwick airport.
