Enjoyed the restaurant as the meal was amazing. Staff everywhere were very helpful, kind and attentive.

Cons:

Nothing, everything we needed was provided, especially the assistance to the airport for my elderly mother. Young lad from Latvia was extremely helpful.

Unfortunately the air-conditioning in our room didn't work on one of the warmest days of May. Luckily we were moved to another room where the air conditioning worked well.

Excellent location.
Pros:

Excellent location & accessibility to the North Terminal for flights out of Gatwick.

Cons:

Was disappointed the 2 tea cups & spoons were dirty & tea stained.
Cleaned themself with boiling water!! Something I didn’t expect from the high standards the hotel portrays. Plus the kettle had limescale around the rim which made it look tatty. Everything else was fine & would stay there again.
