Pros:

Very comfortable bed and a great shower. Completely sound proofed, you would have no idea you were on an airport terminal. Easy and quick access to both terminals, direct tunnel to the north terminal just a couple minutes walk.

Cons:

Disappointed there were no gluten free options at all on the menu in the bar. Went to the south terminal to find something to eat.

Ok just wouldn’t eat there
Pros:

Location room was amazing the bar was lovely

Cons:

I ordered a 35£ steak medium rare it came to the table after a hour of waiting medium to well dine. The chef refused to recook it, told it it was perfectly cooked( it was fully cooked) told me they would either take it off the bill or I could eat it! It was really tough. They was told it was because I went for the Sirloin and maybe I could pay for the t bone. Also baring in mind for a family of 5 our bar bill was just over 300£ and they refused to help.

Great value for money in a very convenient location for travelers from Gatwick.
Pros:

Location (at the North terminal), large, comfortable room with great bathroom, fluffy towels.

Cons:

Not much character but that doesn’t matter when you are just staying prior to an early flight.

Pros:

Convenient for an early flight. Helpful reception. Room nicely equipped.

Cons:

The first room we were allocated was far too hot since the air-conditioning was not working. We were moved to a second room but we were given no instructions on how to operate the air-conditioning controls: it is counter-intuitive to have to press the off button to regulate the fan speed.

Pros:

We can’t remember our concierge / porters name but he was truly exceptional with all his hell, and went out of his way to help me and my boys.

He even remembered us when we came back to pick up the car.

Pros:

Easy to check in, pleasant receptionist. Proximity to the airport is a bonus, especially on cold wet days guests walk into the airport under a covered roof all the way.

Perfect choice if you have a flight early in the morning!
Pros:

Excellent location, right next to Gatwick’s North terminal entrance, clean and spacious room with a lot of amenities & very friendly staff. I’d definitely stay here again if I had an early flight from Gatwick airport!
