Loved it!
Pros:

Breakfast was great especially as kids eat free, I don’t drink tea or coffee so was disappointed not to have hot chocolate on offer.

Cons:

Paying for parking, I think it should be included.

A very underwhelming experience!!

It was modern and clean and the location was convenient.

Cons:

There was only 2 teabags in the room. So we had to decide whether to have a cup of tea in the evening or save them for the morning. Ridiculous for a 4 star hotel! The breakfast was disappointing, the cooked breakfast was barely warm and once served on cold plates it was even less warm by the time we’d got to the table.
In the evening myself and my husband thought we’d have a drink in the bar. One pint of Guinness and a medium glass of Malbec was £19.20 and was served by a miserable looking woman behind the bar. After being ripped off there we decided not to eat or drink at the hotel and drove out to a local pub.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

It was lovely, and clean- honestly no dirty on site, even the tiles were bright white. The bed was clean and comfortable- we struggled to get out of it to get breakfast!

The only thing was that the room was cold/ the heating didn't work (possibly use error) but the staff were so helpful bringing up a portable heater. Brilliant service

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious.
The swimming pool was great as was the jacuzzi. The staff at the hotel were very lovely. I had brought a sandwich from the m&s which had no butter in so my boyfriend went to ask for some and he returned with 2 different butters which I thought was very kind.

Cons:

There was a stain on the duvet cover. The TV is set at a very low rate, I could not hear it so was unable to watch the TV. I was also woken up at 8:30am by a random person knocking on our door saying that they had just checked it. Luckily they went away and the lady at reception was really sorry about it, obviously it wasn't her fault!
