The sofa bed mattress was not good at all, it’s old and could feel little bumps
The bathroom is old fashion and has stains

Breakfast room chair seats lots of food stains because they are material covered so looked grubby
A lovely stay at the hotel, my room was on ground level with a nice view of the garden at the back. Very peaceful. The room was very well appointed.
The toilet did not flush properly and the cleaning service did not clean my room until 2.30pm on the first day.
Breakfast-An excellent choice available (hot and cold choices). Room was clean and bed comfortable.
Roms would be better without children running up and down the corridors! Very noisy!
Parking is not free, It's another £7 per day on top of the rook rate.

Some very noisy people at the bar area, particularly with some children running a bit wild ! Might have been a good idea to ask the family not to let them run riot

Hygiene, Zimmer war heruntergekommen, Sauna Whirlpool und Schwimmbecken sehr alt. Ganzes Spa-Bereich renovierungsbedürftig.
