Pros:

Room was large and bed very comfortable

Cons:

Sole female traveller and felt uncomfortable that it had a partition door in room!
Breakfast was very poor, no choice of fruit and everything was empty

Great stay for a family of 4
Pros:

TH eroom was very spacious and clean. It has all amenities except for a fridge. Breakfas was very generous of choices

Staff at reception gave us the key was very nice and kind and it was a good location

Cons:

The bathroom was horrible and dirty yellow the bed was hard as rock the food that we ordered supposed to feed for two people. It was like a snack for onion rings and a little bowl of salad. That’s all they had and then for breakfast it was bloody disgusting. I wouldn’t even feed it to the dogs. There was kids standing around doing bugger Roll and the place had half off breakfast there some of it was missing the mushrooms the eggs the sausages the bacon was a bit hardest rock like it was cooped in one side. The bread was stiff. No thank you. I wouldn’t have any breakfast there again. I’ll bring me own and the cost of staying there £317 for one night is disgusted because there was something bloody on I was angry for the payment we paid. I think I should get a half a refund for that and I’m not joking. Either. My sister was disgusted with it. We thought we had food poisoning the next day, because she was taking ill and gone to hospital anyway for the cost of that Hotel I won’t be staying there again. I’d like half of my refund back and I did tell the manager and she said she’ll put a complaint in I bet she didn’t.

Pros:

clean and comfortable bed. Good bathroom. Parking.

Cons:

Room service had to be ordered from the Bar - no make up mirror in bathroom. No toiletries excecept soap.

Not what we hoped for.
Pros:

Disappointing stay. Did not live up to expectations. I felt the property looked a bit run down. Not all areas were clean and it needed some maintenance in places. The breakfast was good though.

Cons:

Small uncomfortable bed. Terrible pillows. Our room wasn't cleaned two days in a row. They barely made the bed.
