The credit/debit card used to book a pre-paid rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. Please note that failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required.
Parking is complimentary when you are a guest of the hotel, please register your number plate on the tablet at reception when you arrive.

Guests on an inclusive basis will have a £30 per adult per night allowance towards the A la Carte Menu in our award-winning 3 AA rosette Riverside Restaurant. This offer does not include dinner in Sindhu by Atul Kochhar. We strongly advise booking a table in advance in order to guarantee availability.

Location was good for Marlow, overlooking the famous bridge and River Thames. Plenty of parking available at no extra cost
For a 4 star hotel our room lacked certain basics, such as remote control for TV and bath mat for shower over bath. Whilst reception sorted these issues when raised, they should have been in the room.
Also they have removed internal phones for "sustainability (?)”, so a guest wishing to contact Reception needs to use a mobile phone to call an external number (Glasgow area code). We tried several times to report the above issues but the phone was not answered. When reported, reception staff seemed unaware of this.

The ventilation system was very noisy, it seems, as the system is not balanced or needs some sound attenuation. I booked the suite as I wanted to enjoy my stay. However, the ventilation system's noise kept me awake all night.
I also noticed the ventilation was also noisy in the corridor adjacent to the bar.
I was upgraded to a room with balcony and river view and I was so happy as it was my birthday 😊

The receptionist was really unfriendly when we arrived to leave the car at 11am verging on a little rude. Room service menu also very limited to have a suit with dinning table better choices should be available

I had ordered in advance champagne for the room at 15.00 so there as we arrived. This was not done I had to go down to reception to chase it up. I received a car park penalty notice some 2 weeks after where there was clearly a notification fault between the hotel and the the parking company
