Also great staff at spa/swimming pool made us so welcome. Overall the really friendly staff, from our 1st impression at check-in onwards, was really noticeable which isn't always the case at chain places like this!

The hotel was easy to find and there was plenty of free parking spaces.
On checking in the staff were very helpful, it was quick and easy.
The room was prepared well, it was clean and tidy.
I accidentally left a shirt in the wardrobe and was worried it would be lost forever, I called reception and Emily was more than helpful, she said she would see if it had be found by the cleaning staff.
Emily called me back to say it had been found and they would post it on to me, I received it the next day

The location is perfect although it is very accessible from the main road it is very quiet The breakfast is amazing the choices unbelievable

We really loved our stay in Norwich Holiday Inn. The staff were very kind and helpful. A very big thanks to the receptionist Sheree. She was very kind and helpful to us. Also Gabriel from pool and leisure centre. He was also very kind to us and helped us. So very big thanks to you both. Keep up the good work. I loveed all the facilities and the rooms. The food was good as well. Surely we'll see you all soon.

Very expensive compared with Premier Inn. The room had a bad smell and the breakfast was average.

The hospitality was exceptional, the staff couldn’t have done more. Nothing was too much trouble - service like this is hard to find in the UK. This wasn’t a one off either, we have stayed with you for 3 swimming meets now and each time service has been exceptional. We have told all of our swim friends and they now stay there too. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thank you so much.
The room would have benefited from being aired but only a minor minor issue.
Quiet, easy free parking, great facilities - pool, sauna, hot tub, gym - and every single staff member was friendly and welcoming
The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and overall hygiene standards were good. The facilities were adequate for a short stay and everything worked as expected.
There was no complimentary bottled water in the room, which would have been appreciated. Only two tea bags were provided per day, which felt a bit limited. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable and not suitable for a good night’s sleep.
Clean hotel with a comfortable bed and spacious room. A rather pleasant stay would visit again. Staff were very friendly and the check in process was very efficient.
