Ideal location with great facilities.
Old tired rooms and dirty linen.
Should not be a four star accommodation and they certainly shouldn’t be charging London prices for this level of Hotel.
I had to move rooms 2 times in the first night with no tv then 1 more time the seconds wasn’t happy
Location is very good, easy to get buses into town. Very nice reception area, spacious, clean and staff very welcoming. Easy to check in and out. Bedroom was comfortable. Good breakfast with alot of choices.
En-suite bathroom very small, not easy to get in and out of the door. Hot water at the sink takes a long while to warm up and the flush on the toilet was weak, need to flush at least twice.
It would be nice to have a small bottle of water included on the tea tray and a little packet of biscuits. Just little touches like that would make it nicer, and more worth the price of the bedroom.

Delicious breakfasts, great value evening meals, as children eat for free, excellent customer service and great pool.
Everything was easy to figure out
I booked a room for 2 adults thinking ide get a double bed but ended up with 2 singles and I fell through them in the middle of the night as me and my partner pushed them together
Clean and quiet. The bathroom was tiny could hardly shut the door. The entire floor smelled of smoke as people smoking with the fire exit door open. No kettle. No elevator! But was in a good location and staff were very helpful and pleasant
