Staff always friendly & helpful

Cons:

Bed too soft, asked to be moved to a new room & they did without hesitation. Bed better but still a bit soft.

very comfortable, lovely and restful
Pros:

bed was a bit too soft but clean

Cons:

The initial room allocated had poor drainage in the bath but Iwas transferred to another room when I raised this up

Pros:

The breakfast choice was one of the best I've had in an English hotel.
Bar and restaurant area was welcoming and comfy and the food arrived fresh and hot

Cons:

For a large hotel with large parking area, could really do with some EV chargers. We had driven from Somerset and could really have done with plugging in over night.

Food excellent as were all the staff. Room lovely but tired decorating wise. Shower hot water took ages to come through. Lot of wasted water!!
Road entrance to hotel deeply pot holed.
Reception, bar and waiter service brilliant, friendly and helpful. Food filling and tasty.

Cons:

Hot water delivery. Decor tired inside and out.

Comfortable and friendly hotel.
Pros:

Firstly the staff were really helpful, friendly and professional, very welcoming and informative, secondly the room and bathroom were of a good quality and lastly, they deserve the accolade
