If you like cake soap over bottled, bring your own.
Os quartos são amplos e bem limpos
De kamer was niet helemaal proper. Het hotel is aan een grondige verfrissing toe. Airco zou ook niet misstaan.
Very little
There is no parking available as advertised. Room was extremely hot no aircon. Cobwebs on windowsills. Slymmy/ rotten cucumbers on breakfast buffet. Staff don’t clean tables during breakfast. Overall a very bad experience
Location. Bathroom.
The bathroom was as big as the room.
When o arrived there were no lights on the corridor so I had to get my phone out to see my room number.
A central location near all the major locations in Oxford
And what could only be described between mild summers day, the bedrooms that faced towards Magdalen College felt like a greenhouse at day and a sauna at night. Whilst a fan was provided this simply pushed the stifling hot air around. There appeared to be an air conditioning unit in the room but no means of activating it. It proved impossible to have a decent nights sleep which had an incredibly negative impact upon a friend’s reunion I had organised. When the conditions were reported to the reception staff, a rather insincere apology was offered. DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL IN THE SUMMER
TOP direi...

Ottima colazione, e camera molto spaziosa
La mancanza di aria condizionata, che era prevista sul sito
Il problema delle chiavi che si continuavano a smanietizzare
Le finestre della camera che sotto avevano i cassoni della spazzatura e quindi non si potevano aprire
Love the location especially for May morning!
Teabags were a bit weird. Usually you get some varied teabags in sachets of different varieties. We just had two naked teabags both of one variety.
The new wing is made very well and is air conditioned
There’s no network at the property but i think that’s an Oxford wide issue
The location and the room was fine
NO air conditioned, it was broken, they gave us a fan, and send us a cooling sistem, but it was disapointing…. We asked to have a taxi ready at an early hour, in advance ( the night before) but I guess they forgot, we had to call an UBER
The location is very convenient. The hotel has a very good breakfast.
The only downside is the lack of A/C. We had 90 degrees and up weather.
Very quiet but at the same time in a convenient central location , the lounge was a comfortable area to spend time in.
Due to a heatwave our room was uncomfortably hot, we were unable to sleep and there was no air conditioning and as the windows were painted up we were unable to open the windows
Location is very good
No air conditioning
No phone,
No water
Broken hairdryer
Mould and dirt on the walls in bathroom
Loose toilet seat and loo roll holder
Broken mouldy window in shower area
Only one window that opened a very small amount
18 steps from 2nd to 3rd floor and no lift, they didn’t ask about mobility issues or offer any help with the suitcase.
I did them the courtesy of discussing it at reception simply asking for the bathroom to be cleaned etc but nothing happened. I had to request water and a replacement hairdryer a second time.
Absolutely a sad,dated,3 star hotel. Only redeeming feature is the location.
Great location walking distance from everything.
There’s parking really close by so no stress if you can’t get a spot in the hotel.
Facilities were great. We was located in the new build. Aircon in the weather made the stay even more comfortable.
Highly recommend.
