First class location . Immaculate hotel
As per usual I find the toasters used at Hilton Hotels for breakfast are a waste of space and time . Wasted bread at side of them as people give up , you can either try to put it through 3 times or alternatively set your toast on fire. Plus food warm rather than hot .
Evening meals main part ie chicken and pork chop in our case that we ordered was perfect but veg accompaniments were not nice. Would prefer real new potatoes and fresh green beans and real chips . Beautifully served though and great staff which is a shame
Nice room with large comfortable bed and decent shower. Good quality buffet style breakfast.
The decor
No shower cap etc in the room
Quite a limited menu choices in The Alice restaurant
Nice room. Interesting hotel
Breakfast choices a little disappointing for a high grade hotel. Hotel a bit dated and decor a bit “tired”
location and atmosphere
in general a bit too “old” and run down: old and smelly carpets in the corridor 3rd floor -bathroom essentials limited, shower head old - not very clean… not great for a 5 stars hotel
Location and interior
Cost was high
The hotel was fantastic. The staff were great, every single one.
The rooms were so nice! Breakfast was great and the Morse Bar is well worth the visit to relax and enjoy lovely drinks and atmosphere!
Nothing.
Decor, location,amenities
Staff were friendly but often incorrect about their information
The staff were really friendly and helpful. Lovely big rooms and comfortable bed.
Rotten window frames in bathroom and mould in shower.
It’s a lot of money and I expected it to be pristine.
Did not have breakfast
No bath robes or shower cap
Could hear music from resturant
The theme was great
The music you could hear from the bar in our room
A great hotel positioned in a perfect spot in a wonderful city.
Nothing to dislike.
Loved size of room & comfy bed. Breakfast was good with lots of choice.
If I stayed again I would ask for a room in different part of hotel as it was noisy late at night/early morning, not sure if we were over the kitchens.
Classic furnishings excellent service and luxury stay
The morse bar didn’t sell any real ale !
The building and decoration style were breathtaking. Easily one of the most beautiful hotel I ever stayed at. The room was so comfy, gorgeous style, bed amazing. The food was great, much better prices than in most touristy places in London, staff was super kind and helpful. Finally the location is impossible to beat. I really would stay there again !
Would be great if the TVs were offering Netflix as the program selection is a bit limited (especially being French there wasn't much to watch for my taste) - especially with such big TVs !
Finally, I suspect the bar tender from the Morse served me regular coffee while I asked specifically for a decaf Irish coffee. Ended up being a bit too awake late at night ! But I wouldn't hold it against the Randolph as honestly all of my stay besides this has been an absolute delight !
