No lifts
Nothing really . Location not bad .
It was dilapidated . Needs total refurbishing. Old and dirty .
Beautiful old building in the centre of Salisbury
Unfortunately there were no lifts, which could be difficult for some people
staff work as a team amd provide a great service all round
Great setting, lovely room
2 flights of stairs, you know before there is no lift but the reality of lugging heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs is no fun! Also nothing to do with the hotel really but we paid to park for 24 hours via machine in reception. We came home after a cruise to a parking fine of £100, we had no receipt, navigated very annoying site only to find out fine had been cancelled. Very annoying and no means of complaining to parking firm!
Spacious clean hotel with plenty of lovely communal spaces to relax.
Large clean room and I was given one at the back, which I pre-requested as I knew it would be quieter.

The hotel is in a great location near the Cathedral and an easy walk into the town. Onsite paid parking a bonus.
