Quiet room, super comfy king sized bed, great location, parking right outside
Food and drinks pricey, don't like shower baths, but everything else was fantastic.

Needs a good deep clean the rooms are done very well and very comfortable but could do woth the rest of being deep cleaned and a lick of paint

La decoración de las salas comunes, estilo casa antigua o manor.
Desayuno aceptable aunque podrían tener más variedad de alimentos como jamón de york o aceite de oliva.
Ofrecen unas fotografías que no son reales. Recalcar que esto no es hotel sino una casa muy antigua.
No había enchufe cerca de la cama.
Tanto las camas como los baños y las habitaciones no ofrecen calidad ni comodidad. Las camas son antiguas, se hundían, el suelo de madera estaba abombado, el baño demasiado antiguo (hasta con óxido) y el nivel de limpieza no es buena, vimos telarañas, ya que también hay techos muy altos. Es una casa antigua pero a ese nivel de antigüedad no deberían ofrecer las habitaciones. En mi opinión deberían hacer una reforma a esas habitaciones y mejorar mucho en renovación, limpieza y en comodidad.
We enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness. To say that we were near a busy main road, we were never aware of it. Very close walking distance to town centre. Enjoyed swimming daily and I used the gym also. Room was clean and inviting. A very relaxing stay and would definitely recommend to others.
Bed was very big, which we were aware of, but the mattress was a bit too hard for us. This is of course only our preference and many people might be very happy with this

Beautiful building and location
The room service had sold out of pizza for 4 nights in a row. When a sandwich was ordered it took 55 minutes to arrive. It was the system that was slow but this I think needs looking at.
Good leisure facilities and EV charging
Plenty of parking ( had to pay for this but knew in advance how much it was going to be)
Within a short walking distance of the town. Room was clean and modern. Large king size bed. Tea and coffee and a fridge. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room. (Lockers and towels were provided) We did not use the restaurant or bar so cannot comment on them.
The sauna and steam room are perfectly adequate but some of the tiles are missing in the area. It makes it look a little uncared for. However. I would have been more disappointed if the area had been closed just because a few tiles were missing. Perhaps put a sign up saying when remedial work is due to be carried out?
Fantastic hotel in a really convenient location for the town centre. The spa and pool were amazing and we really appreciated this after a day cycling. We managed to get a really good rate by keeping an eye on prices for particular days as these clearly vary. Staff were really helpful with anything we needed.
