Because it was walking distance to everything in Winchester with a good spaces carpark followed by a lovely and friendly receptions

Like most of Winchester overpriced for what it was.
Pros:

Lovely location by the cathedral.
Clearly an ancient building.

Cons:

Not impressed with charging £25 for 24 hrs car parking.
Apparently only one disabled bedroom already booked.
My room it was impossible for me to have a shower as I couldn’t climb into the bath!

Location is central. Thats the only reason we stayed.
Pros:

Location was tired and dirty. Parking was near impossible. £18 to park was not expected

Cons:

The room was cold. Inadequate heater. Bathroom had very tired bath which looked very dingy. Hairs from previous occupants. Window was draughty and together with the cold room a very poor sleep. The toilet was scaly and dirty.
