Location was great.
The hotel was mainly closed for reservations and had I had known this I wouldn’t have booked.
We ended up in an annex at the back of the hotel.

The carpet
Not much room in the bathroom. If I was fat I would have had difficulty wiping my bottom. No shelves to put washbags etc.
Car park was overly expensive. £60 for two nights!!!!
Very central and close to restaurants, Windsor Castle and shopping. Plenty of parking available. Lovely clean and comfortable rooms. Showers are powerful and plenty of hot water.
Didn’t eat in the hotel as decided to eat out for our anniversary. Staff were very friendly and prompt checking us in. We enjoyed our stay.
Nothing really, the renovations make the front of hotel a bit ‘messy’ looking but they didn’t disrupt our stay at all.

exzellente Lage direkt beim Zugang zum Schloss, sehr gut ausgestatttete Zimmer, Besuch während Umbauphase, sehr freundliches Personal, deshalb war das Hotel nicht mit all seinen üblichen Angeboten zu erleben

The renovations were extensive. Difficult to get into with heavy suitcases
Central location, comfortable room. Lovely touches with fresh milk and water in fridge. Parking onsite, even though it was expensive. Even though main building is under renovation, it did not trouble our stay.
Tv was temperamental and was not a smart TV.
On booking the room booking.com advertised the room would automatically come with an Nespresso machine and robes. However this was not completely true, which was disappointing as I purposely booked this for my partners birthday. However, the hotel did resolve by providing one after request.

We have just returned from our stay at The castle Hotel it was our second visit there. Hotel is a stones throw from the castle staff are helpful rooms are comfortable there is work being carried out in the hotel atm so not all facilities are available but this did not inconvenience us. Breakfast caters for everyone’s needs we will return in the summer months to enjoy the riverside
Fancy hotel, nice bed, sad they were in construction so we had to walk through some construction site to go into the hotel. They had some umbrellas to rent you in case it rains, which was a great touch.
The view from the room was next building's brick wall ^^; but I was not going for the view so it's fine. but a castle view would have been nice. Also because of the construction amenity were limited
