Location was good
Lock on bathroom door malfunctioned and got locked in,
Sink in bathroom was clogged,
Left out luggage unlocked in hallway in front of bar for 3 hours, rooms weren’t ready until 5pm with no discount.
The room was lovely, air conditioned and when we walked in it felt amazing to escape the heat outside. We had everything we needed in the room and we had complementary water, milk and soft drinks in the fridge. They had made a special effort by giving us a free bottle of Prosecco and chocs/strawberries and cake :) The bed was so comfortable and we had a balcony, which would have been nicer if the view was not the meeting rooms but that didn't matter as we were out all day and night in Windsor. All the staff were so friendly and lovely which made the stay more enjoyable.
When we booked we were told in March this year that the main bar and restaurant were not available which I was unhappy about so I emailed them to check when the renovations would be completed by and they confirmed 6 June. As we were coming in August they assured me there would be no problems when we arrived, however things had been delayed and the main bar and restaurant was not available for our stay which was a real shame as we have stayed before and these were one of the main reasons we re-booked. Breakfast was not included in the booking price, nor was parking (which was a bit of a nightmare, I was lucky to get the last space and the car park is very small so was a tight squeeze) so we had to pay a further £66 on check in which we re not expecting.
The apartment was immaculate, with high quality equipment and furnishings. I loved the cosy welcoming atmosphere, the wall colours, and the terrace upstairs was a real treat to the apartment. The location was perfect to everywhere we wanted to visit. The property was value for money. We felt very blessed to be staying there, everything was brand new, it was the best apartment in Windsor by far. We would love to return again.

Newly refurbished rooms are beautiful. The bed was really comfortable and the bedding gorgeous. The room was air conditioned in this very hot spell. The breakfast room was lovely. The decor was superb and the food was excellent.
Car parking is a little difficult.

The hotel staff could not do enough for you. Cain was an exceptional member of the team. He was so friendly and made us feel at home. Rooms are beautiful and beds so comfortable. We had castle facing view so it felt extra special to stay here.
The room was lovely, really spacious, clean and comfortable and we slept really well. The location was perfect with a view of the castle. The breakfast was beautifully laid out and a good choice of food.
Breakfast was good apart from the bacon on the first morning was over cooked. The staff were brilliant, very well presented, polite and very helpful.
Just a personal note,the bed mattress was a little rigid (hard) in my opinion! Found it uncomfortable and difficult to sleep.
