非常满意,除了要爬楼梯。
Pros:

空间大,品质好,床很舒服。除了零食汽水外冰箱还有一小盒牛奶,有玩具套装,太适合我家小孩。

Cons:

如果没有电梯,最好有人帮忙拿行李上楼。如果订的两个房间不在同一栋建筑内,最好预定的时候就提醒我。

Great new hub for Windsor
Pros:

Having looked at a number of hotels in Windsor, many of which seemed a little tired or dated, I was really pleased to discover the newly revamped Castle Hotel. It feels like exactly the kind of fresh, higher-end option that had been missing from central Windsor, while retaining the character and history you’d hope for in such a historic setting.

The location couldn’t be better – literally opposite Windsor Castle, with parking at the rear and plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The car park is a little expensive (£30 for 24 hours), but unbeatable for convenience. It seems to get busy though.

The hotel has been beautifully redecorated and furnished throughout. It feels fresh and stylish while remaining sympathetic to the character of the property. The bathrooms were particularly lovely and very clean.

Customer service was excellent from the booking stage onwards. We had a slightly complicated room arrangement involving a baby and another party, and the team were incredibly helpful and easy to deal with in getting everything organised.

The bar is lovely, with a relaxed atmosphere and an excellent selection of snacks, cocktails and wine, as well as a good choice of mocktails. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant, but it looked very inviting. Overall, the hotel has a comfortable, informal and relaxed feel.

We were upgraded to the Royal Warren Suite, which was beautiful and very spacious. The separate living room is just off a short corridor from the bedroom, so the two spaces feel genuinely distinct rather than like one large room – particularly useful when travelling with babies or small children. The bedroom has a huge, very comfortable emperor size bed and overlooked the rear of the property, making it exceptionally quiet. My parents’ room, (generous size), overlooked the main street and was a little noisier at night, so light sleepers may want to request a room towards the rear.

Our requested travel cot was set up and ready for us. The only minor issue was that housekeeping couldn’t locate the key for our interconnecting door, so we had to use the main doors instead.

Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay. The superb central location, beautiful interiors, spacious and comfortable rooms and helpful service make this an excellent base for exploring Windsor and the castle. We would happily stay again.

Highly recommended upscale stay in the heart of Windsor
Pros:

A very very nice hotel, more than a 4 star for sure. Conveniently located in the heart of the town centre, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to one of the newly furnished suites which was absolutely fabulous. Amazing bed, lovely comfy and snug quilts and pillows, stunning bathroom with one of the best rain showers I think I've ever stood in, and a separate Lounge area with day bed.

Bar and restaurant equally nice, didn't get chance to order from the menu this time but we'll be back.

Highly recommended upscale hotel for a lovely stay in the heart of Windsor.

Wonderful time!!!
Pros:

We stayed only one night - but the experience was great. The hotel was under renovations at the end of July but that didn't affect great guest services and comfort of our room. Sadly you can't use the front entrance which I am sure it's very beautiful - location is ideal.

Cons:

because of being under renovations we couldn't experience the front door entrance and what the lobby could have looked like.. i guess I will have to visit again :)

Excellent hotel in a great location
Pros:

Fantastic hotel. Great service and staff; breakfast was wonderful. The room was VERY comfortable - the best sleep I've had this entire trip. Good shower too. The location was PERFECT; there were many food choices literally within a block, and the Castle was a five-minute walk away.
