Great location for our purpose with easy walk to train etc. Food was good. Room was clean and well maintained.

Parking onsite
Perfect location for visiting family close by.
Spacious family room. Comfy bed and bedding.
Great black out curtains. Minimal disturbance from motorway traffic close by. Hairdryer/iron/kettle welcome facilities in room. Plenty of lovely bars, cafes and restaurants within ten minute walk away.
No extraction fan in bathroom.
Breakfast menu was full buffet or continental. No option for individual items to be purchased, which was a bit disappointing but choice of cafes close by.
The breakfast was very nice
Lots of Long hairs on and in the bed. The phone to contact reception did not work, very noisy as you could hear people shouting in the night through the bathroom air ducting. Waited to write this review as I was told the hotel would contact us, but they never did.
It was warm and comfortable and very clean
We was not told that breakfast finished at 10 am being Christmas we went to bed late went to the dining room just after 10 am everything was cleared away there was nothing for us to eat we were not offered an alternative or refund i am diabetic and needed to eat before the long drive home we had to drive into bexley heath to find breakfast which was not easy on boxing day

Appena entrata in hotel un profumo di pulito che non è scontato vista la presenza di moquette. Staff accogliente, sempre disponibile. Colazione fornita di ogni richiesta, anche gluten free. Camera ampia con letto comodissimo. Collegamento con mezzi pubblici ottimo. Nessun rumore dall'esterno nonostante la vicinanza alla via pubblica.
