Room only - value for money
Pros:

Not a huge room but perfectly fine, with a comfortable bed, good bed linen, tea/coffee tray and I liked the toiletries. The air conditioning was excellent, as was the double glazing - our outlook was the very busy A2 but we couldn't hear a thing once the window was closed.

Easy check in, friendly staff, good service at the bar and we felt the room only rate was good value for money.

Cons:

Paid extra for the breakfast but, at £16.95pp, it was a bit disappointing for a few reasons. I would suggest having a look at breakfast options locally in Bexley Village which might be better value.

An ideal base for an overnight stay for the trip into London.
Pros:

I stayed here as I was seeing a show in London. Its location is perfect as it is on the A2, so easy to get to by car. The Car Park is huge and only £9 for overnight. It’s a 10 minute walk to Bexley Train Station with a good service into Charring Cross. The rooms are comfortable and air conditioned. You have to pay extra for Breakfast, however there is a lot of choice.

Cons:

The shower in my room (216) wasn’t good. The pressure was almost non existent. The flow of water was slow.
In general the staff are friendly, however when I checked in, the lady that checked me in was also having a conversation with her colleague at the same time, which I felt was unprofessional.

Amazing place 5*
Pros:

Absolutely lovely place.
Clean, modern comfortable.
We stayed here as we were going to a wedding the next day.
Absolutely lovely stay. Staff were so helpful, breakfast staff were amazing as I asked for something special.
They went out of their way to help.
Would definitely recommend, one of the best Ive stayed in.
Well done! We will be back .

Pros:

The room was great for me and my children. The staff were accomodating and the breakfast was safe for me as a coeliac.

Cons:

A fridge would have been handy for my toddlers milk.
The taste of the gluten free sausages were not good. There are plenty of gluten free sausages, id recommend changing brand!
