Good location, friendly staff, but beds uncomfortable
Pros:

The location was great for the Coventry Arena. The staff were friendly, and the inclusive breakfast was good.

Cons:

We had a room with twin beds, and they were so firm, I had an uncomfortable sleep. I slept badly and would not want to sleep here again if all the mattresses at the hotel were like this.

Wonderful 2 day break I will definitely come again

Bed was so comfortable.Breakfast great Fruit & yogurt my favourite.all your staff were very friendly.As a elderly lady on my home I felt safe and not anxious.Thank you

Find someone else to stay if you can
Pros:

The staff were friendly, and there were good breakfast options

Cons:

Doors slamming until after 1am (no gentle closers on doors)

Carpet was filthy

Sheets were stained, slightly

Bed was as hard as a rock (genuinely not slept on a harder bed)

Parking was not included

It was over £100 a night, would not reccomend..
