All was well
Friendly staff, wonderful dinner at the restaurant, comfy bed, close to ferry port and packed breakfast as we had to leave ver early.

The room was so cold when we went in it was a long time before it was warm
It was quiet. Lots of parking. Welcoming reception area. I liked the different areas you could sit and relax.
We have stayed at the hotel each year for a number of years. We stay there on our way home from the south of France. Although it is only once a year, we have got to know the exceptional staff - Soriya, Martin and Brian (chef) well. Indeed, all the staff are friendly and welcoming and it appears that nothing is too much for them.
My partner had a skiing accident this year and I contacted the hotel to see if they had a wheelchair available - not only did they provide one but they changed our room for easier access.
The evening Menu is somehat spartan in terms of portions.

Wir sind mit 3 Hunden gereist, was ich auch vorher kommuniziert habe. Eine Gebühr von 25 Pfund pro Hund, damit hätte ich ja noch leben können, aber dann auch noch 100 Pfund Kaution zu verlangen, ist frech. Auch wenn das Hotel etwas anderes behauptet. Kaution wurde bis heute nicht zurück erstattet (Kreditkarten Abrechnung heute 14.03. nochmals kontrolliert). Unsere Hunde haben selbstverständlich keine Schäden angerichtet, waren nicht laut oder sonstiges. Unsere Hunde sind es gewohnt mit uns in Hotels zu übernachten. Wie immer haben wir alles mit Hundedecken ausgelegt, vor allem weil es am Abend bei unserer Ankunft in Dover geregnet hat. Zimmer wurde vorher und nachher von mir fotografiert. Daher für mich unverständlich, warum meine Kaution einbehalten wird.
Incredible value for a first class hotel stay. The staff were extremely friendly and gave help and assistance with everything. There was no way to improve our stay -superb!

the rooms were very clean and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming, the beds were extremely comfy and the rooms TV and heating/fan were super easy to use and all working well, the rooms had tea coffee, sugar and sweetners and biscuits also a mini fridge and safe, overall very lovely place with very comfy rooms and friendly staff, we will definitely be staying again :)
Comfortable hotel, friendly staff. Room was nice size with all the necessary amenities. Very clean and fresh. Ideal location for the ferry port. Will definitely stay here again when we go to France
The restaurant slightly let it down. My fish was inedible. Hard overcooked batter, no visible fish inside. It was replaced and that was ok. We were given a bowl of complimentary olives! I think no charge for my food should have been given.
