Pros:

the rooms were very clean and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming, the beds were extremely comfy and the rooms TV and heating/fan were super easy to use and all working well, the rooms had tea coffee, sugar and sweetners and biscuits also a mini fridge and safe, overall very lovely place with very comfy rooms and friendly staff, we will definitely be staying again :)

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, everything you could ever want.

Cons:

We were very disappointed with the evening menu and the dining room felt like a canteen.
So I just had a sandwich !

Comfortable hotel near to ferry port.
Pros:

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff. Room was nice size with all the necessary amenities. Very clean and fresh. Ideal location for the ferry port. Will definitely stay here again when we go to France

Cons:

The restaurant slightly let it down. My fish was inedible. Hard overcooked batter, no visible fish inside. It was replaced and that was ok. We were given a bowl of complimentary olives! I think no charge for my food should have been given.

Great afternoon tea.
Pros:

Had a lovely afternoon tea. Warm welcome & fantastic service from Sorina & the team, as always. Nice fresh food, plenty of coffee refills & not rushed in the slightest. Highly recommended.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and the food was good. It wad execellent, I wish I was staying for a week.

Cons:

Nothing much the alarm went off when i was having shower, and couldn't get to the phone on time when staff was checking on me.

Outstanding Dinner
Pros:

We tried the Bombay Night at Olive Tree restaurant, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The food was absolutely delicious. Buffet was with variety of dishes to share, hot & cold starters, mains including butter chicken, paneer tikka, biryani, garlic naan( freshly made), Prawns and dal makhani. Every dish was rich in flavor, beautifully spiced, and tasted fresh. The butter chicken was creamy and comforting, the lamb biryani was fragrant and perfectly cooked, and the naan came out hot and soft—ideal for scooping up all the flavorful curries.
The staff were attentive, friendly, and very accommodating. Service was smooth and timely, even though the restaurant was busy.

Overall, it was a fantastic family dinner best Indian buffet by far. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon!
