Easy to find. Plenty of parking space.

Cons:

“Courtyard Garden”? That’s a joke! Brick pavers full of boring shrubs - can’t imagine anyone ever goes there. Several chairs in restaurant were either too low for tables or very uncomfortable as padding too worn. More a “Working Inn” than Holiday Inn. Not a place you’d want to hang around in for more than a few hours as although air con was welcome, whole interior design concept a bit “corporate” for my taste. Full of corporate types tapping on laptops or talking on phones. Not a restful atmosphere & sofas not restful. Had to move my heavy mattress as was too far away from bedhead so pillow disappearing down gap - but they did refund parking as a gesture.

Das Zimmer war groß. Frühstückt war für England ganz in Ordnung. Es gab genug Parkplätze.

Deeply disappointed
Cons:

I tried to cancel the room in its entirety. I was told that there would be a fee for the first night and asked if I wanted to query it. I did. It took 24 hours to respond and then I was told that I was too late to cancel the second night, despite the fact that I had done it the day before.

This is the second time Booking.com have ripped me off.

Hôtel bien correct situé entre Londres et Oxford mais difficile à trouver

Bon accueil du personnel malgré l heure tardive , chambre confortable et très bon petit déjeuner avec échanges sympathiques du personnel

Cons:

Impossibilité de manger même quelque chose de froid en raison de notre arrivée tardive

Unexpectedly good value.
Pros:

Really convenient position. Helpful staff. Great food. Beds were comfy and aircon was very welcome given the current temperatures !

Cons:

The bathroom was just a bit tired and could have done with some tlc. The loo was mucky under the rim and needed a good scrub (and some strong chemicals!)

Nice hotel, excellent staff, tidy building.
Pros:

Staff were excellent. Very polite and professional. The hotel was clean, tidy and modern. It had a nice little gym and the breakfast was very good

The restaurant was very expensive and the Wifi kept disconnecting from my laptop.

You get what you expect
Pros:

Always a good place to stay as you know what your getting

Rooms are a good size and location is a good jumping off spot

Staff are always good and do their best to help

Cons:

Parking is extra ... £7 per night at this time

Food and drink are on the high side for cost ... though it is the south and a holiday inn so to be expected

AC could be cooler ... its on limited timing so has to be started every 30-60 mins to stay cool

Prima ontbijt vriendelijk personeel maar denk dat het goedkoper kan

Ontbijt was fantastisch, personeel uitstekend, bedden waren voor ons aan de smalle kant.

Cons:

van een hotel mag je verwachten dat er parkeerplaatsen zijn. DIe waren er ook maar kost wel 7pond per dag terwijl er sprake is van privegrond! Dus extra inkomsten voor het hotel extra kosten voor de gast.
