Friendly staff and comfortable stay
Pros:

Lovely big clean room. Nice shower. We had a work event for the 2nd year in a row, which was great. Nice food and staff can't do enough to help. Sami the events organiser and Anthony who ran the event on the night are both excellent and made sure everything went smoothly. Khadija on reception was so friendly and helpful too. Breakfast had a good variety of things to choose from. Totally recommend and we will be back next year.

It was a lovely stay we did have a good experience could it be great if the bed was comfortable.
Pros:

The room was a good size, with enough space, good lighting, and all the essentials, plus a touch of luxury. The breakfast was okay, fewer choices for cooked breakfast, but enjoyable.

Cons:

The worn-out carpet, the bed was not comfortable, and the stairs with luggage were not exciting

Enjoy the rest in a clean room and decent breakfast.
Pros:

Friendly staff and clean rooms

Cons:

Awkward to get to room if your in a room further from reception. You need to walk through many double swinging doors and climb stairs to get to your room. Would say if you’re traveling with a guest with disabilities you would want to insure you call them as it didn’t look very wheelchair accessible. Ie no obvious elevator, small hallway doors

Disappointing stay
Pros:

Location was handy for work

Cons:

Lights in room failed. Bed very uncomfortable. 3rd time I’ve stayed here and had my wake up call wrong. Was phoned at 2.30 in the morning, waking me up 30 minutes before I requested, completely defeating the object of staying in a hotel before my early start to save me getting up early to drive

Pros:

Location was good, plenty space to park your car for free. Room was really nice and clean. Space for kids to move around. Good mobile signal. Good Location for shops. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good tasty breakfast, lots of options. One of the staff saw looking lost and asked if we were ok.she kindly directed us to our room.

Cons:

Breakfast was warm, our room was far to walk to, and it felt like we walked forever to get to our room. The toilet was cleaned properly, and I could see some stains. The mattress on the bed was not very comfortable, and the sofa bed was much more comfortable than the actual bed. If the mattress was comfortable, I would have rated the comfortable a 10 out of 10.
