Perfect for what we needed

Reception staff were fantastic on arrival, and interacted with the children.
Breakfast staff were also lovely and helpful.
Breakfast was spot on and filled us up for the day ahead.

Came because of work for the week good place to stay, staff very friendly, Sage was very welcoming and always happy to help

3 day business stay to deliver a training course.
Excellent hotel all round.
We used one of the excellent function rooms in the Academy area, and on arrival delegates were directed to the Academy reception area where hot and cold drinks are avaliable throughout the day, and then directed onto our training room.
Lunchtime food was served in the main restaurant, and was to a high standard, and morning and afternoon snacks were delivered to the room.
A special mention to Manel 👍, who was our Academy host, and was the perfect host throughout, and looked after us to the highest standards - thankyou 🙂

Great service from Vic at the restaurant!

It's a Holiday Inn, but you're getting 5-star service. Crazy. Honestly it's the best Holiday Inn I've ever been too. The staff is what makes it, truly. They're great (shout out to you Vic). The kitchen is surprisingly good and it's the best bar in the area.

Lovely hotel. Nice and clean. Noisy rooms that were quite a trek into the hotel though and 'put me up' beds rather than an actual bed in our triple family room. Rubbish nights sleep.
Food prohibitatively expensive but well located for getting snacks at Lidl across the road.
We stayed here as part of a Legoland two day deal but would not use it again as an option it as it was quite a way out of Windsor (35 minute drive in the end).
Brilliant breakfast though and Suleyman was a legend and left quite an impression on my teen.

Asked for a invoice when leaving and was told i have to request from booking.com even tho i have previously been given. Have requested twice via booking.com and still no invoice! Can not claim my expenses

As far as facilities/rooms/location etc go, this is what you pay for and expect from a Holiday Inn… but wow!!! The staff here are simply amazing.
We stayed last night whilst visiting Legoland for my daughter’s 7th birthday. I messaged ahead to let them know and my goodness, they made such a fuss of her and made her feel like the only girl in the world!!
On arrival, they had left a birthday card with beautiful handwritten message inside our room, along with a mini birthday cake.
Then, the staff at breakfast all come to our table and sang her happy birthday and presented her with pan au chocolate with a candle in! They were brilliant, particularly Suleyman, who made sure all children were given an activity pack during breakfast (which meant parents could eat in peace!!), whilst also cracking jokes and making all the kids laugh and enjoy themselves.
A special thank you to the lovely young lady on reception (I believe her name was Allonya - apologises if I have this wrong), she really went above and beyond to make us feel special during our stay.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a family friendly hotel!!!

Stayed a night with the family whilst in reading, the hotel was great value for money and rooms were very nice. Food was good and service was great and we were well looked after by the staff, specifically a gentleman named Suleyman, who was very helpful and welcoming.

Breakfast in the morning was the highlight of our stay, Suleyman entertained our kids and made us all laugh. A great member of staff, the kids didn’t want to leave the breakfast table!
