A very good hotel in its category
Pros:

I have stayed in hotels at both ends of the spectrum all over the world so feel qualified to post this review. In its category, the Portsmouth Holiday Inn sits a the very top end amongst its peers. I stayed there last weekend and found it clean, presentable and an enjoyable experience. From the reception staff, through the bar staff and those in the restaurant I found them polite, efficient and very helpful. The food was good and the chef was a delight. It made a lovely stay for us and will certainly be staying there again. Thank you Portsmouth Holiday Inn, we will be back

Pros:

Great location, convenient, access to old Portsmouth, Southsea and Gunwharf.

Cons:

More parking would be great but we managed to find a space this time.

Is definitely a must try
Pros:

I live on the Isle of Wight and came across on the recommendation of a friend and my word was I surprised. The staff are lovely, very helpful and accommodating. The spa is very clean and just what you need. Very good price at only £15 for a day pass which I think is great. I also recommend after your spa day to head to the bar grab yourself a drink of your choice and some food. Great customer service and the food is cooked perfectly. Although would have preferred a better cut of steak but that’s just personal preference of course, but was cooked exactly how I asked. So overall a very nice place to visit.

Great location near the beach. Good breakfast. Was able to book the car in before book on time to get a space.

Cons:

Car park spaces a little small and car park filled up quickly but to be fair, hotel did warn ofbthis.
