Parking spaces on-site a little awkward
Good location,staff friendly.
We have stopped many times at this hotel. This the 3rd occasion the air conditioning hasn’t worked. Our stay was in the countrys latest heatwave of 34c with no AC just given a desk fan it was uncomfortable 😣 to say the least .

Chpice
We booked the hotel because of the air conditioning and it wasnt working during unprecedented hot weather this week. I spoke to another guest who said it was their 3rd visit this year, and the air-conditioning had not work on any of those previous visits.

34 degrees outside but no AC working in bedrooms but no notification of this when booking or checking in. Reception Staff scruffy with stains down front on shirt.
Parking and leisure facilities
advertised air conditioning not working (in a heat wave)and told not likely to this year and no concern shown. Room not ready and took a further 30 minutes, with no apology. Once in room the cleaners apologised for lack of complementary biscuits etc as had run out. Complementary shampoo was empty
Location and friendly staff
Some of the furniture in bar area , Wien and tired , and not enough parking , only 4 disabled parking spaces which were quickly filled , not all showing disabled badges
