Pros:

Was mer on arrival by a miserable receptionist at check in. The young lad serving the meals was brilliant. The beds and pillows in the room were the worse I've ever had!

Premium room did not seem like a premium room. Not worth the money paid. Sink kept getting blocked. No fan extractor in bathroom.

Lovely overnight stay in a great location

Good location and good room
Pros:

Good twin room, enjoyed the swimming and jacuzzi. The food was really nice. The location is really good, close to the Southsea beach.

Cons:

No subtitles on TV. The shower pressure was a bit too rough. The swimming were closed earlier than we expected.

Downstairs was ok but rooms a bit tatty. We didn't expect much at the price we paid.
Pros:

Good Breakfast. Evening meal was ok.

Cons:

Parking is limited onsite. Was given a voucher to park in the street. For peace of mind I moved valuables into my room.
