Pros:

Clean and tidy, was great that we had a dog friendly room. Staff were very helpful when my husband had to be alone with the dog at breakfast, offering to hold her when he went to the counter (and she got lots of treats!)

Cons:

Room service food wasnt great for the price.

Had an Absolutely Fantastic stay. Nothing to criticise and complain... the room was good clean and comfy. The premium double room was very spacious for a family of 3. Breakfast was good but dinner was absolutely fantastic. Ambience in the dinning area was very nice and relaxed...Compliments to the chef on shift on the 23rd March. Had a really enjoyable dinner

Had sofa bed in our room which we did not need making up but it was made up anyway (really annoying to have to dismantle the bed before unpacking)
