Pros:

Very spacious room with a comfy couch included. Spacious bathroom too. Very close to a mall with both bowling and cinema facilities.

Cons:

The shower/bath was a little bit grubby. Not majorly so, but it was noticeable.

Unique location next to the Marina and great access to the city.
Pros:

Very handy for access to the city and great views over the marina, the room was very clean but slightly dated (bathroom fittings largely) but the room looked like it had been modernised recently. The price was very reasonable for what we paid.

Lovely location, friendly staff, fab breakfast
Pros:

Lovely location, central to shops and Marina bars and restaurants. Breakfast was amazing! So much choice and good quality

Cons:

Room 333 whilst quiet, has some kind of a fan or boiler, staff lift shaft close by that woke us at 5 when it started up

Pleasant, central location with good onsite parking.
Pros:

Ice location on the Marina. Spacious room, large bar and restaurant.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Excellent fish and chips and tart tatin in the restaurant, but expensive. Good range of breakfast items.
Big car park with EV charging points.

Cons:

The shower over the bath was difficult to turn on and the curtain is an old fashioned idea. An upgrade in these items would be beneficial.

The bed was great. Pretty basic overall and reception needed 2 people.

Met what I needed but slightly disappointing given the location promises so much but doesn’t deliver.
Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

Rooms and fittings looking a bit tired do though location is lovely the impression is a bit faded and jaded. Towels not fluffy - utilitarian.
