Perfection
Pros:

Everything ,best disabled room ever and as on our previous stay marvellous and helpfull staff. Breakfast was superb and our room was spotless. I have stayed in 5* hotels that were not as good and hope to return soon.

Cons:

Nothing everything was perfect. So nice to see people with disabilities so well looked after.

Great location and hotel we will certainly re-visit again
Pros:

requested a marina view upgrade - well worth the extra £8, room as expected, one small gripe the complementary coffee/tea etc had sour milk, soon corrected though. Breakfast included , food choice very good and very tasty. Hotel staff reception and restaurant friendly , professional and polite

Pros:

Close proximity to areas I needed to visit. Attractive outlook over marina/river. Breakfast very good - staff went out of their way to accommodate our family group by moving tables for us.

Cons:

Very expensive for a short midweek break, I had thought of booking for a further few nights in September or October but cost would be prohibitive.

Pros:

Great location next to the marina. Very nice room with a balcony and air con . Very nice breakfast. Great staff, particularly Hannah at the reception, who went above and beyond to assist us in all our needs. Thank you 👌😊

Quite dated shower and very small basin with a squeaky, slightly loose tap . A bit dated room interior and a somewhat noisy air con. Generally could do with some update.
