Staff was very nice. Room was ok, felt outdated.

Property had just be brought. New owners Nicole and dime EVERYTHING!

Room conditions: The air conditioning in my first room did not work. I had to switch rooms, which was very inconvenient as I had to repack everything, but it was necessary because the hotel staff had the heat running throughout the building despite the very hot weather outside.

Air quality: The hallways were filled with overpowering smells of spices, strong cleaning products, and air fresheners. My mother, who has a lung disease, was severely affected by this during the weekend.

Cleanliness: The bed in my room had bed bugs.

Pool area: The pool room was unbearably hot because of the sun shining through the glass windows all day and the heat running in that area. We tried to open the doors for ventilation, but staff told us to keep them shut, making it nearly impossible to enjoy the pool.

Bathroom: The shower only had cold water and no hot water available.

Breakfast: The food was unacceptable—eggs were runny and uncooked, and the juice was watered down.

To make matters worse, this trip was for a family funeral, which made the experience even more stressful and upsetting.

Given the severity of these issues, I am requesting a refund for this booking. I also ask that you investigate this property to prevent other guests from experiencing similar problems.

Booked this hotel on a last minute little trip. The hotel is nice and clean, bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Smelled very clean when we walked in, room was very nice with lots of convenient plugs for chargers all over. Only issue was that the AC unit was a little loud in our room and from the room above us we could hear a vibration from their unit kicking on and off all night, but it was not terrible for us, kinda like a white noise deal lol.

Stayed here due to it being close to the hospital. The breakfast was good. Our only issue was that when we checked in around 12am our fridge had not been cleaned out from the previous customer.

The shower curtains didn’t go down all the way so when we showered, the floor was really wet. We had to use a lot of towels on the ground. The bed sheets and pillow cases didn’t smell clean. Honestly the pillows in my brother’s room, smelled musty. Not the pillow case, but the pillow itself. You can tell the hotel needs so touch ups. Their shampoo, conditioner & bar of soap was weird layer texture. We had to go buy our own. Maybe we’re just being too picky.

Quiet and safe area. Nearby fast food chain nearby and m right off the highway. First thing i noticed was as soon as you walked in, it smells so good in the lobby!

I understand that the hotel had just changed ownership and they are making improvements to the rooms but the room we stayed in smelled really bad

Room smelled like it used to be a smoking room, linens smelled dirty, uncomfortable mattress.

Staff was VERY friendly, pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. GREAT BREAKFAST! Lots of yummy choices including eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and delicious waffles. Great place to stay and lots to do in the area.

The rooms were clean. The games they had available to play with your kiddos was excellent, and the pool was not to cold. Breakfast was good and the overall experience was great.

Did not like the smell of cooking, dirty hall carpets and dirty pool.

House keeping guy was very kind and cheerful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was wonderful. Our only complaint was Dst morning when we came to breakfast all hot food and waffle batter were empty.

Room was clean. Check-in went quickly. We would stay there again

Seemed to be kept very clean and smelled wonderful.. However only complaint I could have was the waterfall coming from the top of window when heavy rain / storm came thru…told management and hope they are able to get that issue fixed in that room…

The room smelled like musty moldy carpet. I only stayed one night so I didn’t complain about it but when I checked out I did mention it to the front desk staff and he said that I could have switched rooms. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it so I chose not to say anything. Other than that the stay was decent.
