Never again.
Pros:

The room was expensive and awful, blood on mattress protector, hairs on bedding. Pillow protectors all ripped, a big hole in the net curtain on window and peanuts all over floor. Needless to say we didn’t stay there.

Cons:

The bedroom was enough, no lift to room, had a disabled person with a walking trolley so had to get it up and down stairs with luggage etc.

Great stay, Rooms clean and good size
Pros:

Its been a great stay at holiday inn. The staff did a good job. The room needed a general update it looked dated. But it was clean, tidy and warm. Food was good and portions sizes are good. Pool area needed a clean on the day we visited but the pool is large.

Cons:

The rooms seemed dated and could do with a revamp and renewal. The balcony was poorly constructed and the metal fences peeled so something like glass would look better. Pool changing rooms needed cleaning. Sauna was out of order
