Great comfortable stay , lovely breakfast

Cons:

The coffee machine wasn’t working staff did try to fix it but it didn’t work. The check out there was a huge delay due to a family checking in early

Somewhat short of my expectations for a holiday inn but still great value

Cons:

Shower loose, hole in the wall under the sink. No room service menu / welcome pack in room. Food delivered with no cutlery then didn’t answer the phone. Eat my meal with a teaspoon.

A good stay
Pros:

The hotel was reasonably priced, had spacious double bedrooms, friendly reception staff, and it was a quiet stay without noise disturbances overnight. There were also good facilities at the hotel with a gym and swimming pool being on site. Additionally, there were plenty of parking spaces available. Overall, a good night’s stay.

Cons:

The location of the radiator in the bathroom being directly over the toilet was peculiar. One of the towels fell off the radiator overnight, but luckily didn’t fall into the toilet. The bathroom radiator should be moved to another wall in the bathroom.

Met my expectations!
Pros:

I liked the layout of reception, my room which was warm, the en suite was spotless. It was quiet and I felt if I'd needed anything, I'd have been happy to ask. Lovely glass of wine at the bar so didn't mind paying that bit extra.

Cons:

TV channels were poor as was the signal and the remote didn't really work. Pillows very hard although I think there was a notice saying you could ask for a softer one. I don't think the air vent was working in my bathroom but can't be sure. The breakfast 'hosts could maybe just have shown me where things were as I missed the cooked options completely 🤔 😅 . But all very minor things.
