Fantastic Hotel!!
Pros:

Everything, the hotel is just superb!!! Staff friendly, helpful, lovely modern clean look to the bar and all the restaurant areas. My standard room with en-suite with shower was really nice. The food is lovely, available until late and the breakfast is fabulous, so much choice in a really welcoming atmosphere - just superb!!

Cons:

Nothing at all, simply a great place to stay!

Lovely, ideal location, staff and facilities
Pros:

Ideal location, clean and staff very helpful.

Cons:

This is not a reflection on the hotel or the staff but I have received a parking fine that I am having difficulty resolving. I’ve had two over night rooms booked and have now had £100 fine. Unable to access the hotel on the option that I have been told to access.

Very pleasant stay ,waited 10 minutes at the bar to get served and wasn’t very busy .

Pros:

The beds were comfy and the room was pleasant to an extent

Cons:

We booked this hotel for the spa facilities, unfortunately when we arrived, the sauna room was closed, the hot tub wasn’t working and there were sharp bits on the hot tub floor.
The room was pleasant however we did find that the main lamp in the room didn’t work, the lampshade was stained in yellow, the aerial at the back of the tv wasn’t working properly, there were a few black hairs on the bed & the shower handle was broken.

Decently priced for one night stay with everything we needed. Would stay again.
Pros:

Convenient location. Excellent value for money with breakfast and pool facilities. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Staff friendly. Quick check in and check out. Free parking. Room basic but adequate and clean. Powerful shower.
