Room was good shower good clean, Breakfast staff great, Actual breakfast was extremely disappointing. Coffee machines not having milk in them and the breakfast had no taste what's so ever, the English breakfast was like eating cardboard, the sausages had not taste at all. No a good way to start a day. One other thing, it may be a good thing to insist that other customers do not use there mobile phones in the breakfast area on load speaker as its most annoying at 7am. Surely they can hold it to their ear.
Breakfast and annoying lady who thought is was a good idea to let all hear her conversation over breakfast at 7am.

The leisure facilities need attention, very tired looking, sauna out of order, hot tub bubbles not working and I was informed by a member that it’s been like this for 2 months!
