Perfect for trip to Eureka museum with my Grandaugthers for an overnight stay .
Very child friendly with breakfast and evening meal. Plus having a swimming pool was a real bonus .Thankyou.

The rooms are tired and need refurbishment and there was a smell of damp or some kind of drain problem in the rooms - staff have been asking head office for room upgrades
The stay was great the only thing that let it down was we ask for something from the menu that was not on the brunch menu 10am/2pm and they said they couldn't do it for us because it was tied to the brunch menu but not listed on that part, and it states on the menu all day dining

The steps directly out of the hotel that lead to the carpark need fixing. They are a trip hazard as loose.

The room was quiet and we liked the armchairs. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Reception staff and male supervisor were scruffily dressed and did not give a professional welcome.
Poor attention to detail - a bowl of chips sat on a table in reception for 10 hours. Loose paving slabs on way from carpark to reception. Corridor carpets looked grubby. Brass push panels on doors caked in fingermarks. Phoned reception and housekeeping from our room 3 times with no reply. Old and tired decor.
Usually hotel is clean and good value.
bathroom shower room untidy/poor repairs, carpet dirty, pillows lumpy. Despite being a premium room it felt tired. Corridors full of trays/dirty cups and food squished into carpet. Not the hotel's fault if people behave like pigs but need to manage such behaviour.
