Our third visit for a quick break away. Ideal for closeness to shopping. Ate in Marco s for our Saturday evening meal which was delicious
Genuinely, there was nothing to complain about
Location was good
I was a little cold at night and didn’t have a spare blanket which is standard in other hotels.
This is our go to hotel whenever in Milton Keynes. It is very central for ease into the Shopping Centre. That aside the team that work here are exceptional. They are friendly and can't do enough to help you. They make your stay very pleasurable.
Location. Nice and central
Being kept awake all night on our first night there due to the noise from fans on the roof directly above our bedroom. Did not like having a shower over the bath which was poor with no pressure. For a room that had been upgraded I thought the bathroom facilities were poor. Also the food in the restraunt was not particularly interesting, poor menue.
Good location, receptive staff
Room floor was dirty on arrival, had to ask for it to be cleaned again.
Room was very cold
Everything. It was my daughter’s big birthday when we stayed there and the staff were beyond amazing at helping me make it a magical stay. I had balloon displays, chocolates bouquets, deliveries from Amazon. Birthday cakes all waiting in her room when we checked in.
Excellent facilities, enormous bed!
Breakfast was very good value for money. The staff were lovely, they couldn't do enough for you. We had dinner In the restaurant was excellent
A member of staff at breakfast cleared the table before we both had finished eating.
Breakfast was great, although no vegetarian sausages/bacon on offer and eggs could have been fresher. Location is very grey but we knew that and wanted to be close to the snowdome. We were upgraded as it was my birthday and offered free parking but only got told this when we arrived and after I’d paid for parking which was a little disappointing. I had a phone call from reception the day before so this could have been communicated then. A personalised card and 2 Free drinks in the bar was also a nice touch :)
See above for good an bad
