Pros:

Larger than expected, especially the bathroom. Fan in the room (there was a heatwave atbthe time so that was much appreciated)

Housekeeping massive let our stay down, good breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was good, very friendly staff at breakfast and clean room

Cons:

The sofa bed we booked and paid for was not made up and we were told no mattress was available for our two children to sleep on. This was not acceptable at 9pm on a Saturday evening and we had to wait almost an hour for a solution. We also only had 1 towel between 4 until we requested more. Air con is too loud to have on over night.

Never again and I’ve lost my jacket now!

The hotel was dirty

Cons:

Many things my jacket was left in the room the staff said when I called up it wasn’t there when I didn’t leave the hotel. It was very dirty there was bedding left in the lifts etc

Great place to stay, great location and comfortable, friendly staff and definitely back again.

Cons:

Just make it abit cheaper or do a full package deal to use the gym, breakfast and maybe evening meal in the price

Pros:

Bon emplacement. Le reste est correct bien que point de vue propreté il y avait des bouteilles vides dans les couloirs à notre arrivée et encore 5 heures plus tard. Sinon cela correspond à nos attentes et aussi au budget.
