The hotel came up tio its ususal expexctations.

Cons:

When we cxame down for breakfast , yes 1/2 hour before it finnished . It was a bit dry eggs hard. However the staff quickly ordered us fresh eggs so all good.

Friendly but very painful.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Maintenance person as if I was ok at breakfast.

Cons:

I fell off the wheelchair ramp due to a fault. NOBODY from management has followed up or checked in with me.
If I don't get an explanation as to why I received bruised thighs and a chipped wheelchair, with the hotel charging me over £200 for the privilege, I will have to pass on to the HSE to make sure repairs are done so this does not happen again.

I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Lovely spacious room with a stand for your suitcase. Air con in room. Plenty of plug sockets and charging points for phone, devices etc. Glasses for water in the room and in the bathroom and also a box of tissues in the bathroom. Very efficient shower with plenty of hot water. All the communal areas looked well kept and clean too.

Cons:

Nothing, to be honest. I can't comment on the restaurant as we didn't avail ourselves of it. We were offered to book but had other plans.
