Poor, lack of courtesy and communication to guests

Good location, clean and good parking

Cons:

Was not told on check in that our room was beside their function room and they had a wedding, loud music until 11:45pm. Lack of sleep due to noise, doors opening and closing, not pleasant at all

Turf Games visit, great hotel.
Pros:

Stayed during the Turf Games whilst competing, the team were friendly and engaging throughout.
The nice touch was the team knew about the games and interacted aksing about it, it was genuine and made us feel welcomed and cared for.

Excellent. We will be booking holiday Inns in the future

Location to the exhibition centre
Good parking
Good meals - Breakfast & evening meals. Like continental style of the hotel. Enjoyed the American pancakes with maple syrup and the sweet croissants. However, would have liked some nice bread rolls and a better variety of cheese.
The beds were very comfortable and it was having a large tv in the room
Excellent staff.

Cons:

Read the above about present.
It would have been nice if the hotel had a swimming pool.

Amazing venue for lunch and evening meal.
Pros:

Popped in for lunch to try out their new lunch menu. Great selection of food the signature flat breads were delicious, amazing friendly staff especially Rosie and complements to the chef Steve as well a really tasty lunch. I would definitely come back.

Great stay
Pros:

Just spent a night at Holiday Inn and would really recommend this hotel.
It’s recently been refurbished and is lovely,nice greeting and efficient check in, our room had also been refurbished and was nicely decorated with a comfy bed and great selection of tv channels.
Breakfast was excellent huge choices and all the hot food was hot and really tasty.
The staff in all departments we saw were lovely, polite and professional ,especially the ladies in the bar.
Certainly wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Legoland stay
Pros:

We stayed here after having a lovely day at Legoland.
We had super service off the receptionist Rachel, she was very helpful, polite and professional.
We went down for our evening meal where Orian took our order, he was also very polite and professional, our little one has a severe nut allergy, Orian made us feel confident about eating at the restaurant as it can sometimes be a worry at other hotels/pubs.
The lady who served us was also polite and helpful.
Food was delicious too.
Our room/ the hotel was immaculately clean.
Thank you, we would highly recommend and stay again in the near future.

Cons:

When we cxame down for breakfast , yes 1/2 hour before it finnished . It was a bit dry eggs hard. However the staff quickly ordered us fresh eggs so all good.
