Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast n/a

It smelt amazing and all the staff were lovely

Room has all the facilities needed, clean and spacious. Staff were so welcoming at checkin and throughout the stay. I had messages via my phone checking if the visit was going well and if anything was needed.

We stayed here for our trip to Legoland as it was only 30 minutes away.
We had a lovely stay and it was made so special for our 2 children.
Holly at reception was so welcoming and gave the kids some colouring and games to keep them entertained so we could eat our tea in peace. They then gave the kids milk and cookies before bed to get them settled for the night.
In the morning the kids again had lots of options for breakfast and Razvan kindly asked the chefs to make the children pancakes so they would have lots of energy to explore Legoland!
Overall we had an amazing stay here and it made our time at Legoland even more magical.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Farnborough for the first time, and I had an outstanding experience thanks to a staff member named Nataya.
From the moment I arrived, Nataya provided exceptional customer service. She handled my check-in and check-out smoothly, made me feel very welcome, and went above and beyond by recommending places to visit around the town. Her knowledge, professionalism, and friendly attitude truly enhanced my stay.
It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and genuinely helpful. Nataya real asset to the hotel, and her service made a lasting impression on me.

Customer service was very good

My wife and I have just returned from spending a wonderful early weekend overnight stay at the Holiday Inn Farnborough - the welcome we received, the hospitality given and the comfort we enjoyed was second to none.
A huge thankyou to all the Team to include Holly, Graham, Rosie, Razvan, Szilvia who went out of their way to make our stay so memorable, and an additional huge thankyou to 'chef' who prepares wonderful 'omelettes to order' for all guests to compliment the super buffet breakfast

As for UK standards the breakfast was really good. Good eggs, good ham, Babybel cheese, nuts, good coffee - this is all I need. You can also go for a nice dinner in the hotel's restaurant. It's a bit loud in general, but the cuisine is good. Fitness room has modern equipment, but it's incredibly small. The staff at the counter desk is fantastic!

Breakfast was good. Staff were excellent - friendly and helpful.

Not a lot - I checked out a night earlier than usual planned to drive home late at night rather than risk another nights sleep there

Good quality hotel

Had a super end of season dinner in the Hampshire Suite with a bar which was very well set up and the screens were particularly useful for our awards. The food was lovely for our 3 course meal and all the staff were helpful and accommodating both before (Emma) and on the night. Thank you everyone had a good time.
