Pros:

We liked how quiet it was but also how clean and well maintained the facilities were. The staff were exceptional and incredibly friendly, helping us with registering the car into the car park.

The beds were really comfortable and the location was ideal, a short way from a large tescos store and a short drive onto the main roads.

The food was really yummy and me and my mum really enjoyed our overnight stay. Would truly recommend.

Cons:

Nothing to add, it was all wonderful.

Clean spacious room but a shame about not having running water in the room in parts of my stay
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious. comfortable bed. Liked that there was a iron provided in the room

Cons:

On the last day of my stay there was no running water in my room. I was told it was checks that needed to take place briefly but lasted until my whole check period of stay my last day. I could not flush the toilet, wash my hands or use the kettle.

Also didn't like that even though the room lights were switched off at night a lot of lighting coming from under the door. As well as there being a red light blinking above the bed which could possible be the fire alarm indicator.

We would come again
Pros:

We are repeat customers. We loved the fact our children who live in Guildford were able to join us in the morning for breakfast.

Cons:

Didn’t receive cutlery with our meal in the evening and had to go and ask

Good facilities but decor in rooms could do with an update.
Pros:

Really helpful staff team at the Front Desk. They were accommodating and professional. Comfortable foyer area.

Cons:

Didn't like the fact that the room I had, had an adjoining door. Even though it was locked I would have preferred not to have this feature in my room.
