La ubicación es muy buena ya que se encuentra en una zona tranquila de Tokio, lo que es difícil de encontrar. Para llegar a las zonas más turísticas tiene muy buen acceso al buen transporte público de la ciudad

Great location - lots to do in the Tōkyō Bay Area and very easy to get transport to anywhere else in Tokyo.
The staff were lovely and the breakfast was good with a lot of choice that would suit anyone. The executive lounge was very good - lots of food and drink to choose from.
Didn’t like arriving after a long flight and told that we had been upgraded to a better room if we paid an extra $500. We declined and decided to keep the room we had booked through booking.com as we were already paying over $450 per night for a five night stay. Even then it ended up being $200 more than what booking.com quoted. I’m not sure why but really didn’t feel like arguing after a long flight.
The room we got was on the 27th floor and had a water view but was mostly industrial area which was nothing great. The room was lovely and clean however the double bed was in an alcove so that one side was pushed up against a wall with very little room to get in and out. Different from the floor plan of the room we thought we had booked which clearly shows bedside tables on both sides of the double bed- there was only a bedside table on one side. To me this is not five star - three star at best.
Probably wouldn’t stay here again in case we got the same room - the motel was not full so not sure why we were given this room - maybe we offended by saying no to the upgrade.

Very spacious room, Japanese toilet with heated seats, and delicious breakfast buffet with Japanese breakfast choices and Western breakfast choices including hot dishes. Subway station is connected to the hotel and the limousine bus from Haneda airport drops you off at the hotel.
