Pros:

Great location near Hamed’s Airport. Staff meets outside to help with luggage’s and any other accommodation. Worth the price. Near many stores and train stations.

Pros:

Очень дорогой отель сравнимо с тем, что он предлагает. Люкс 2000ых. Очень старый отель и это видно. Фен в номере вообще свистит, воняет и очень плохо работает. Краны в душе и остальные вещи оставляют желать лучшего.

Disappointing, how manager has dealt with needing a proper shower. Thinking it’s an upgrade ☹️.
Pros:

First stay 8th April 2026. Expensive at an amount I can’t fully recall as I’m still here and haven’t checked my CC bill yet (don’t do online account for CC) but about £400 with no breakfast, it was nice very comfortable beds and a shower but no breakfast 😔. I would like to highlight, Very comfortable beds.
2nd time here now, so 2 nights 21st and 22nd April just paid £385 for two nights with breakfast maybe (I 🤔 )
I have paid for a superior room, higher floor for a view …..but it only has a high step into bath with a tap shower-head in the bath with a bath curtain……..😳🤯
We expect a shower you can stand under to be able to wash your hair with two hands to walk into without stepping into a bath is also expected and preferred because it’s safer for everyone at every age.

So apparently unless you pay deluxe which is two up from a normal room, superior then deluxe.
You don’t get a stand up shower.
So manager lead apparently, who’s on duty today. Wasn’t willing to change our room to a normal shower unless I paid more which I felt unfair so I refused.
It has been resolved with a normal stand up shower with us being put into a disabled room on a lower floor, with no offer of a refund or money off as it’s now a normal room not a higher floor superior what I paid for.

So my husband is not disabled hence we don’t need to book a disabled room and at 60 I wouldn’t class him as old too, but he isn’t well atm and to step into a bath and to have too hand hold a shower head with one hand while washing we don’t feel we want to or should have to risk at a hotel of this standard.

So very disappointed at the well over an hour to try to check into a room and to sort out.
I wasn’t the only person I heard while standing there that needed to change rooms.I was one of three.
I am 50 and in my 30 odd years of traveling,I have never asked or had to change rooms before.

So hotel looks fabulous, especially downstairs in the reception and foyer. But bathrooms are sub standard for 2026

Pros:

Grand confort, chambre spacieuse, vue sur la baie Tokyo sublime le soir, Petit déjeuner continental copieux et qualitatif, plusieurs restaurants nécessitant la réservation au préalable ; un peu éloigné du centre mais très calme c'est ce que nous voulions.
