すばらしい
Pros:

スタッフの対応がすばらしい　いろんな気配りをしてくださいます

ホテルから屋根続きでゆりかもめ台場駅に行けます

金曜日に窓が掃除されて素晴らしい夜景が見れました

Cons:

エレベーターが6基あるのですが混雑時にボタンを押しても1基しか止まらないので乗りきれなく待ち時間がありスタッフがその場にいないので順番とか大変でした

エレベーターの一番右奥の1基が動いているとき振動があって少し怖かったです

ホテル内に売店やコンビニが無く自動販売機が3階にありましたが種類が少なかった

木曜日でしたが窓が汚れておりせっかくの夜景が残念でした

Great location and large well appointed room
Pros:

Fantastic location in Odaiba, easy walk to Diver City and other shopping malls, and easy location to get to Team Lab Planets and to Tokyo International Cruise Terminal. Beautiful, large and quiet room. Fantastic breakfast in lounge.

Cons:

Bed was on the exceptionally firm side!

فندق رائع وكبير ونظيف ، يصلح للعوائل ، يوجد سوبرماركت 24/7 تحت في الممر ، غرف كبيره ورائعه ، ملاصق لعدد 2 مول ، ويوجد مول اخر على بعد 5 دقائق مشي على الاقدام ، يوجد عدد كبير من الخدامات قريبه من الفندق ، يوجد محطة قطار ملاصق في ممر الفندق

تغير فرش الاسره كل 3 ايام ، رائحة الحمام غير مقبول ، لا يوجد خيار الاكلات الحلال ، السعر مرتفع بالنسبه للخدامات التي يقدمها الفندق لايوجد غرف للاعاب للاطفال ولا حتى ركن خاص مثل حديقه صغيره خارجيه للاطفال بالرغم من كبر مساحة الفندق
