Great hotel let down by small cramped bedrooms and limited breakfast choices.
Pros:

Excellent location. Monorail station close to front entrance. Great views from our room.
Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

We paid extra for a premier room and were upgraded to an executive room, for a further fee, to what was supposedly a much better room with a free mini bar. The room was actually no better or bigger than the standard room we had stayed in 2 weeks earlier. The only difference being a Nespresso machine and a small chaise longue in front of the window which actually made access to one of the twin beds a bit difficult! The minibar consisted of 2 small bottles of wine and 2 small cans of beer plus a few soft drinks.
Breakfast was poor for this standard of hotel with limited choice.
I complained about the room and received a refund for the extra payment.

Excellent Location to Cruise Port
Pros:

Perfect location for cruise port. Very close proximity to Daiba Station (less than 5 minute walk). Close proximity to mall and nice walk along water front. Very comfortable room size. Bed was comfortable. Shower had great temperature and pressure.
