The front-desk staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
Breakfast was ok. More fresh fruit would have been a nice addition.
Location of hotel was good.
The water pipe that came loose and woke us up around 2:00am. It made an extremely loud noise for quite a while. We couldn't sleep!
The people above us walked with heavy footfalls that kept us up.
Unruly kids in the breakfast area and halls (possibly their parents' fault for not raising more thoughtful children).
Charging for parking (ours was waived, thank you!), but seriously, $12 a night after already paying for the room is a bit of an overkill!
Cleaning the room every other day instead of every day. And then the ONE day we had ours cleaned, the person who cleaned it did a very poor job. He/she left the toilet paper rolls on nearly empty, did not throw out the trash, shorted us on towels and cups, and basically did a rush job with little effort. VERY disappointing. We had to go to the front desk and ask for cups and towels. The cleaning was done without thought or care.
The location was very convenient to freeways and good.
The elevator was not working. My room smelled musty as soon as I entered. I discovered mold in shower and on bathroom walls. The sheer curtains were brown from dust. The bed was soft with little support I woke with a terrible back ache.

My room smelled so musty and they said it was the air conditioning. Also the room needed some
Maintenance. There was a whole behind the toilet. A lot of discoloration on walls, paint, and behind the mirror. The bed skirts were discolored.
