Hotel nice but Portosin is ghost town off season
Pros:

Hotel itself was great. Room was clean. Location cant be beat. Staff were very friendly. The only reason i rated it less than perfect had NOTHING to do with the hotel. Cannot stress enough—-the hotel was terrific!

Heads up to travelers. The town of Portosin is nearly dead in the off season. The town (and many others in the area such as Porto Do Son) need to figure year-round activities to encourage ongoing tourism. Perhaps the businesses make enough in high season to ride out the rest of the year and this is of little concern to them.

After spending hours in the coastal ghost towns (which are absolutely brilliant in summer and brimming with activity, dining options, festivals!!!) The experience traveling off season as a tourist to this area was very disappointing.

Advice to travelers — be mindful of your travel dates.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war zentral in Portosin gelegen. Die Rezeptionistin konnte leider nur spanisch. Die Zimmer waren hell, sauber und gepflegt. Auch das generelle Hotelambiente war ansprechend. Leider war der Toilettensitz etwas lose und wackelig, weil eine Schraube gefehlt hat.
