Fairfield Inn By Marriott Savannah I-95 South

Checkin was performed professionally and quickly by Michelle, who was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a pleasure even though I didn't eat a lot (mostly wanted coffee). Very clean hotel and room accommodations - water pressure was a little low but not a major issue. Probably need to de-calcify the shower head in Rm 312 to provide more efficient spray pattern. Otherwise a very pleasant and uneventful stay.

Although an older facility, it clean and fresh. The continental breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was fantastic and kind. Only downside was that the tub was peeling and flaking.

While our stay was mostly good. The carpets were stinking, sticky and extremely dirty. The staff was kind and helpful. But didn't like the location and area so much.

Very family friendly. The kids loved the pool!!!

Sketchy guy in parking lot looming around. Hotel in desperate need of facelift inside and out. Funny smell in general area of lobby.

tons of homeless people everywhere. Was told we couldnt check in any earlier at all, even tho we arrived at 1030am. I understand maybe not then, but one room at least. I had very small children and wanted to relax after a long night of driving.

Breakfast was great but the room was dirty. Especially the bathroom.

Left hotel and didn’t end up staying after front desk associate gave us keys for the wrong room. We walked into someone else’s room. Then laughed when I told them about the situation. Hotel dirty and poorly run.

Did not stay here! Will never stay here!

My reservation was cancelled due to overbooking on the day I was due to arrive. notified by email which I cannot read while driving.

It wouldn't surprise me to learn that they start cancelling the online travel service reservations before their Marriott customers.

Expedia has been trying to process my refund. The property has not responded to inquiries made by Expedia.

It's been a week and no refund.

I would not recommend this property, You have been warned.

Great location. Right off I 95. Room was very clean but highly scented of cleaning products or deodorizer.

Heat did not work and there was no manager on duty to switch our room. The front desk gave us the managers cell phone number and he did not answer and his VM was full.

Breakfast was adequate and room was pretty clean.

While the beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the staff is hospitable, the breakfast is not the greatest.

Check in was slowed down tremendously by customers ahead of me that were given rooms that weren't clean. they had to switch rooms with small children and it took way too long. Front desk associate stayed calm but had no one to call for help and was going through a "process" that shouldn't have taken so long.

Nice property - comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, courteous staff. Conveniently located to a number of restaurants.

The room type I reserved was not available.
The air conditioner in the room did not blow cold air.
The shower was broke and very little water would come out the shower head.
The sheetsvwere old and rough.
