Fairfield Inn Warren Niles

The hotel was satisfactory, however were surpised by am additional charge. When checking in we were told there was an addition $12 daily charge for parking. We were snarkingly told by staff "it was on the website". I never thought to look because I never have been charged before in a small suburban area before at that hotel level. The hotel is location is attached to a shopping center. The lot was unsecured, no fencing, no cameras throughout and signs all over stating they had no liability. We were so tempted to just move our vehicle to the home store parking lot a few feet away!

Nice hotel. Missing a few amenities like glasses in the bathroom. There are no dining options that you can walk to.

Kai was gracious. It is Pet Friendly, but the pet fee is almost as much as the room fee. Location is nearly perfect. Rooms are comfortable. We did have a few power outages, but thermostats were programmed and I have a battery backup for the sound machine.

This hotel had a terrible odor. It smelled like dirty soccer cleats. I had to change hotels and was not refunded my money. I would not recommend this rundown hotel.

I was surprised by the pay for parking when all it was a Lowe’s parking lot. We stayed at several Marriott properties along our vacation and found that they are not kept up as well as they should have.

I was in town for my 50th high school reunion, and the Fairfield Inn was a great place to stay. I was warmly greeted upon arrival and handed a candy bar and water, which were just perfect after a long drive and greatly appreciated. My room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast and the coffee were good, and I had an opportunity to chat with some of my classmates who were also staying at the Fairfield Inn. They too enjoyed their stay here. The Fairfield Inn will be one of my top places to stay. It has a warm and homey feeling which so many do not.

The electricity went out..they didn’t have a generator.There was no Wi-Fi for a day. I was charged a parking fee for a car that I didn’t have or even rented.My charges weren’t explained.Mold and mildew smell in my room in which I was told that the air conditioner was awaiting parts. I would not recommend to anyone and I regret my stay there and should have went somewhere else on the first night.A big disappointment to my trip.

I didn’t stay there I left? You charge 110 dollars for a pet and you say you are pet friendly ? And the first the desk wasn’t warm at all.

When I went to Expedia looking for pet friendly hotels the charge was not listed. I used to pay 75. So my jaw dropped when I was charged 110.00. It is not like we are in Palm Springs here. This is just a hotel next to a mall and lots of traffic. Our dog is cleaner than some people and never has accidents.

The hotel was the closest hotel to the Avalon Grand Resort. For being in a Home Depot parking lot it’s conveniently located by food and coffee with plenty of parking. Amenities were clean for lack of staffing. Needs some updating due as outlets with USB’s were broken or not working in room. Overall would stay there again.
