The staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful! Even though the property was undergoing renovation it was still quiet and clean. The breakfast was very very good!! I highly recommend this hotel for value and comfort!! We loved the staff!!! They were great!!

The only positive thing of this hotel was the location, meaning it was near to the highway, and, since we were travelling that was convenient
First, we arrived near 11:50 pm and there was no one at the lobby. We waited for more than 10 minutes, called by phone, and no one answered, the lobby was unattended. Finally, a leady appeared, who seemed asleep, and was not even able to apologize. In the morning, around 8 am, at check out, there was no one at the lobby either.
Regarding the room, it was smelly, and our sensation when getting into bed was that the sheets were damp, hot dry...

Good location. Enjoyed the breakfast.
Limited parking due to renovations. Storage containers taking up too many parking spaces. Also was unable to get change for a twenty dollar bill at the desk. The night auditor on Saturday said he did not have access to cash.

We enjoyed having the breakfast available. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for our stay.
The only negative would be the pillows, could have been fluffier or have one soft and one bigger.
The unfriendly guy that’s in the dining area for breakfast. He can try to be a little bit nicer. If it says continental breakfast, he shouldn’t be trying to monitor what people are getting. It was uncomfortable with him following me around. That’s the only issue that I had.

I understand that the hotel was under renovation. The hotel itself was ok..adequate. My main issue is I stayed for five nights. The pool area was unacceptable. Here it is June and there was only 1 lounge chair. The rest were broken, stacked in the corner with orange tape around them. There were some “regular chairs available. June- FLA…. and no umbrellas in the tables? If you want peace and quiet do NOT stay here. By the pool all I could hear or see was the highway traffic. Fairfield- you could make it look attractive! There could be a small outside seating area made out front. I went “stir crazy” just sitting in the room. There is basically nothing to do near there. A one night stay would have been fine, but really???? I have noticed while traveling the US that the quality of Fairfield Inns vary greatly.
