Front desk clerk, Sylvia, was incredibly welcoming and nice. Rooms weren’t bad, but not up to Marriott standards. Entire staff was great.

No longer has a pool- don’t let the pictures fool you! They filled with concrete recently and never updated website or pictures. Hotel was decent.

The mattresses were old and worn out. You felt like you were sleeping on springs. The TV did not work. There were bugs in the bathroom. Water was stopped up in the tub suggesting a drainage/ plumbing issue. The ice machine on the second floor was broke. The elevator was slow. Fairfield, there was nothing fair about it! Marroitt? For the first time ever, I cannot trust a Marriott Hotel. Awful, just awful, cheap hotel!!!

The receptionist who was there during check out time, Miss Sylvia was exceptional! I love her spirit, hospitality and professionalism! Miss Shirley was exceptional as well. She provided an exceptional breakfast and her warmness, kindness was refreshing.
I never really do reviews, but this trip I felt there was a need to do one. My stay was for two days Friday and Saturday. The first thing was there was a roach in our room (room 315). The next thing was there was no comforter or sheets for the pull out coach and when I called down for some and the rep stated they had sheets but no comforter, therefore my 19 year old son had to sleep with me. This lead me to believe they DO NOT change out the comforters when they clean. The last thing was they only gave 2 big towels, two face towels, and one medium towel. The next day while leaving for an event, I asked the housekeeper for more towels, she stated they have no more towels. I thought to myself well what if they had to clean the room. I had to buy towels from Walmart. I was very disappointed because this hotel really meant something to me because the last time I was there my mom and dad stayed with me and they both passed in 2024. Very Disappointing!!!!
Good for overnight stays. easy on/off the interstate. plenty of food choices nearby .
Worst stay this time, I was so disappointed since two weeks prior we stayed in Tulsa Oklahoma at the same brand hotel. Idk if this is a franchise or what but our stay was not up to our standards. We had 3 separate rooms, one had ants, one had bugs and the third had the worst guest next door. No water bottles for customers. We will reconsider all future stays with Marriott now.
One of the worst stays I've had in a long time. I stood at the front desk for almost 10 minutes before anyone noticed I was there to check in. The elevator was really slow and some buttons were broke. The room was dirty, shower was filthy. The in-room refrigerator didn't work. The TV didn't work. A friend had said his microwave didn't work, but my room didn't have a microwave. Not good. Won't be going back.
