Great service from all staff… keep up the good work!!!

Great hotel

Nice hotel with free breakfast. It is close to airport so you will have noise from planes, however, did not have any issues during the night.

Had to pay $20 to pay in the hotel’s parking deck. The pantry was scarcely stocked and the prices for what was available was ridiculous. Other hamptons have had much better pantries and even offered some free water.

Wonderful overnight. Excellent staff. Great nights sleep and breakfast. Will be back

Check in staff appeared to be under the influence of drugs (marijuana - red-eyes/glassy eyed) and the lobby area and hotel elevator reeked of marijuana. Our bathroom - on the 4th floor - also reeked of marijuana so guests or staff are using near ventilation systems.

Compliment - the breakfast staff is excellent. Very attentive and working hard to put out a good selection of items and service.

Beds are the most uncomfortable I have experienced in a Marriott hotel. Just terrible.

Very clean

We had a great stay here. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until 2 am. Staff was absolutely amazing and so kind. My mom had a fall in her room around 6 am (she wasn’t hurt) but the front desk assembled a team to help her out. Later, another member of the front desk was so kind to my kids and me when we needed assistance with check out. The hotel was clean and comfortable but the staff made it a great stay!

Horrible service from front desk. Business card was supposed to be charged and my card for incidentals. Instead they drained my personal checking account and now says it will be refunded 3 to 5 business days after I check put tomorrow. I have stayed here several times with no problem. I’ll never stay again. I did get a half hearted apology from clerk that did it.

We stayed at this hotel overnight. Overall it was a decent hotel - N0-Frills. The biggest advantage is the close proximity to RDU a short 10 min shuttle ride. The room was clean and functional although the television is small a needs to be updated. AC was cold and comfortable and the area around the hotel appeared to be safe.

Breakfast selection was very good but didn’t like the use of paper plates / plastic cutlery - I’m sure a hotel chain such as this can afford a dishwasher! The other issue is the environmental aspects of choosing to go along this line. What’s a shame is the rest of the hotel was excellent - which we used for two separate occasions.

The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good. Because the hotel was close to the airport it was a bit loud with the airplanes but it was ver convenient for travelers.

Staff was nice and tim was clean.

Airport shuttle was great and easy to arrange. Hotel convenient to airport with usual airport noise. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bed/pillows comfortable.
