I was quite disappointed with my overall stay. I booked & paid in advance, for a queen suite; but was issued a stand

The location was perfect.

Cons:

The staff was friendly, but when I called the front desk to inform someone about my room issue, there was no resolution, other than, what I booked & paid for was not available.

It’s was ok
Pros:

The pool was nice and clean! The staff was super sweet! Comfy beds.

Cons:

Check in was at 3. We got there at 6. And had to wait until 7 or after to actually get checked in.
