ClubHouse Inn West Yellowstone

We so enjoyed our stay! Room was very comfortable, staff exceptional. Very convenient to local shops and eating establishments. Breakfast was Great, many choices, cozy environment. Definitely are choice of stays in West Yellowstone.

The information we got at check in was very good [from, if memory serves, Barb and Birdie] with recommendations for eateries and sights around town. We were here for four nights in a room whcih was a decent size, very clean and comfortable for hectic days visiting the wonders of Yellowstone NP. Breakfast was well stocked with a reasonably wide variety of hot and cold choices - the pancake machine worked very well! - and was kept clean and replenished for the entire time breakfasst was available.
All day use of the breakfast area was available [we didn't use it but some did for chatting over coffee or just hangin out] with coffee, hot chocolate etc. on tap.
All of the staff that we had contact with were friendly and helpful.
Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Came for part of our honeymoon. Room was cute and clean. Breakfast was great in the morning. Would defiantly come back

Great location for visiting Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks!! Easy access to anywhere from gas stations, restaurants and shops! We could easily walk around the downtown area and enjoy the beautiful weather. Everyone was nice and kind at the hotel. Barbara with the Clubhouse Inn was fabulous in helping me to book our rooms for our group, she gave pointers for navigating around prior to our arrival as this was a new adventure for us all. She was so kind and very helpful in our travel planning I had hoped to meet her face to face and thank her before we left but I did not get a chance to. Our room was always freshened up each day and our bed was made. The breakfast each morning was fantastic!! I’m not sure what coffee they used but it tasted so good, and if you need a warm comforting cup of hot chocolate before bed you could get that also!! Our party was very pleased with the amenities and service for the value of the room and stay. Our rooms were quiet, peaceful and comfortable! The beds were extremely comfortable after having a long day of adventures within Yellowstone!

Good clean place to bath and sleep while visiting Yellowstone. Good decent breakfast.

Staff was great! Beds were comfortable. Good breakfast selection, which slightly changed everyday. Entrance to Yellowstone NP was conveniently located. Walkabale to restaurant and shops.

Our stay at the clubhouse was great. Upon checking in vereniz and Derek seemed happy to have us there. They offered tips and hints for the park. Overall I would highly recommend the clubhouse comfy rooms pool and hot tub!,

The location was awesome for the trips and tours I had planned. The lady (Beth) at the front desk was great and super kind with a lot of information and tips for nice places to visit and try good food.

This hotel was perfect for our family. It was very clean and close to the Yellowstone entrance. It was convenient to be so close to restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream places too!

Every employee we encountered exhibited excellent customer service. The facility is well maintained and clean. My only negative is the older mattress, very soft. And the air unit in the room is noisy. However the breakfast is plentiful, which allowed us to fill up and take fresh fruit into the park for the day. Aldo, having a hot tub to soak in after a day of hiking is amazing. We will recommend this hotel to anyone who asks for recommendations.

Great experience, but? I will start with the bad first. Upon checkout, a couple I was with the experience, the absolute most rudest person I’ve ever seen in a very long time when it comes to a hotel clerk by the name of Barb. It seems like she wanted to argue with my relatives about check-in and then try to tell they were wrong about reservation, tell them what to do in reference to what room they were desiring. Absolutely rude. I mean rude…. Personally if I had an employee like that, I would fired them. The good, great breakfast nice and quiet, clean rooms, excellent room cleaning and besides having to listen to that rude person, I would definitely return here again. Maybe she’ll be gone by then.

Great location. Friendly staff. Beth, at the front desk, was so helpful. She took the time to point out things not to miss and helped me get my itinerary a little more organized. I know breakfast is a hot topic. Daniel kept everything full. I never had to wait for something to be refilled. Is it an elaborate breakfast , no. Is it enough for you to start your day with some variety, absolutely. The hotel rooms are basic, no frills, but fun decor. For the price, location and amenities I would definitely stay here again!!

We were greeted by Beth at reception, a fellow Texan, who was very helpful. We were travelling with friends and she made sure our rooms were close to one another. She also gave us great dining recommendations as well the high points of Yellowstone. The hotel was close to the IMAX theater and the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center. Since it was nice weather, we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. It was very close to the entrance to Yellowstone.
