Front desk phone line busy for 2 hours no one picked up as we were trying to complain about our toilet not flushing and not able to connect to internet! Left a message at front desk on departure of this for a discount room rate! No one reply!

our stay was made very pleasant due to helpful and accommodating staff.
Pros:

We used booking.com to get a room but they booked us for the next night 15/16 instead of 14/15, I guess cause hotel was full? The men working the desk were very helpful, polite and understanding. They found us a room and even double checked it to make sure it was clean. We paid for that night14/15 at the hotel. However , Booking.com still charged us for the next night 15/16 even though they was notified that we stayed 14/15. So it ended up we stayed 1 night and paid for 2 . We used Booking.com because it was 40.00 cheaper than hotel price. Never again will we use Booking.com. I will continue to stay at Fairfield Hotels, they are my favorite hotel. I love that they are completely smoke free. This was an older hotel but still in great shape, clean comfortable beds and rooms. The desk staff was excellent.

Cons:

We passed on the breakfast which was microwaved sausage and small cheese omelets. The coffee was bitter and Luke warm. When we told the lady working in the dining area about the coffee she made us a fresh pot of coffee and thanked us for letting her know. Very pleasant. Dining area was very cleaned and kept well stocked.

Do not go to this hotel, it have spiders, fleas and tick. It's no good and they do not like to change your room. everybody out there.Do not go to this room.They have ticks fleas and spider

For the amount that I paid for one night I expected better quality.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. It was well laid out and not crowded.

Cons:

The quiche was prepackaged and not to my liking and the decaf coffee was not very good. It tasted like the coffee that was offered in the rooms.

Appreciated the location of the property, not far from Cracker Barrel.
Pros:

The staff here are exceptional; Friendly, helpful, just plain nice people. Breakfast was good, hostess like everyone else was great.

Cons:

There was a strange beeping sound in the night which was bothersome, the manager was very apologetic when this was mentioned at checkout.
