breakfast was basic but always prompt and ready. Breakfast area always clean and there was someone there to assist if needed.

La cama incomoda casi no podiamos dormir,lo demas era bueno. Habia personal que no nos recibieron muy contentos no sonreian. Solo un conserje de los que limpia de edad mayor fue muy amable y la iltima joven que nos despidio cuando noa ibamos. Nadie habla español,es otro problema pq nosotros tampoco hablamos el ingles..Deben tenwr personal para atender a hispanos para que haiga una buena comunicacion. Es una critica constructiva para mejoras y beneficio del hotel. Gracias oor todo. En lo demas no me puedo quejar

Still a good cost-value but needs renovation
Pros:

Very easy to Check-in and out; pool times; location

Cons:

Housekeeping (you need to ask for it each day before), otherwise, they just don't clean up your room neither change your towels or take the trash away.
Dated facilities. They need urgent renovation (matress, painting, vending machines, gym etc.)

Nice vacay for the family
Pros:

The staff is pretty friendly except the lady that deals with the breakfast. Rooms are comfortable, however saw a few roaches and smoke was coming through the vents strongly which gave me a headache and I had two smaller kids with me 9 and 6. Altogether the stay was pretty good, pool needed to be cleaned more often but my kids had a good time.

Pros:

Only gd thing was the front desk lady when we checked in. She let us pick which room we wanted out of 3.

Cons:

Almost everything. The rooms had a smell to them, there was roaches, and dead roaches. Tub was dingy needed to be reglazed and clean better. The furniture and paintings were outdated. The male staff was asking wat room me and my friend stayed in so he can come over, ugh. There is no cleaning service unless we specifically called for it. The breakfast was basic, only thing warm was toast, bagel, or waffle u had to make urself. No scrambled eggs or sausage. Package oatmeal. But already paid so had to make the best of it.
