Pros:

The front desk ladies were very helpful and did what they could

Cons:

Everything else the room was dirty so I had to move all the rooms were dirty the hallway was dirty there was even hair in my shower the pool was locked out of at the gym at one time pool was very small the price was overpaid breakfast was a joke. I was expecting a Marriott experience and I ended up getting the motel 6 experience.

Property was close to location and staff onsite was nice.

Cons:

We had two rooms, one of our rooms the heat didn’t work and neither did the hot water. We told the staff onsite they said a manger would contact us. I followed up once I arrived back home, still nothing from a manager. I’ve also sent a message via this app. I also was curious as to why we were charged $3 more than what the booking app quoted us, know one responded to my message.

Pros:

Nice room. Condiments not available at breakfast. My husband had to find plates to put on the counter for breakfast, as there was no staff to assist. Shower door very difficult to open and close. One elevator slowed things down.
