Overall stay was okay. Water stains on ceiling in room should be addressed. Additional towels should be placed in room.
Breakfast was okay. Hostess was extremely kind.

Only thing I would have changes was the breakfast cook wore sandals which is not every sanitized for a kitchen.

The bathroom's cleanliness was much to be desired. The shower had black mold so this definitely took away from the stay.
The beds made up for the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The room smelled a bit musty. The breakfast was decent. The hotel staff were nice.

The hotel is definitely showing its age with outdated decor. The night manager, Shan Digby, was rude and less than accommodating. I booked two rooms, one with six people and one with five people ( 2 adults and 9 children) all documented through the website. He refused to provide enough towels for the rooms and had an attitude when I referred to the booking data. In addition, neither of my two room contained the bedding for the sofa beds which I had to

The room was not cleaned! Housekeeping did not bring fresh towels, toilet paper and kleenex. I understand

Overall, stay was very pleasant. The only issue that I had was that whoever was above me literally stayed up until 2 o’clock in the morning, jumping on the floor or wrestling around I believe they had children and it was hard for me to go to sleep other than that, it was great.

It's rough around the edges. Has a musty smell. Had to switch rooms because the first room has a filthy bathroom and the lights in the room were only partially working. I will try another hotel next trip to my hometown. It was an ok stay.

Front desk is friendly and quick.

Checking in was a joke. The guy could not talk english that me or my wife could understand. Had to put a $300 hold on room keys until check out. Next morning checking out, all there was a box to drop room keys in for someone else to come behind you and steal so you are charged for the room keys. So I waited. No one at the desk. Waited 15 minutes. Resident cook had to find someone. Pretty poorly run joint.Bad area of town. Hard to get back out to interstate. Rooms stunk

At some point, a business need to reinvest in their products and properties. This hotel is a mess and smells like a jr high boys locker room. Carpets are nasty and the elevator is a train wreck. Holiday Inn Express can do better.

Enjoyed the clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff was accommodating and professional.

Good experience, overall good place to stay.
