Relaxing and comfortable
Pros:

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and the pool was relaxing. We did not get in the pool cause it was too chilly, but just laying in the loungers with the sound of the fountains was really nice. The shuttle to and from Devault was super nice and very convenient.

A equipe nos atendeu super bem. Precisamos mudar de quarto devido a um barulho de gerador na rua e fomos prontamente atendidos. Quarto limpo, café da manhã simples mas no padrão Holiday Inn, sem surpresas.

I went Island life for the weekend.
Pros:

The staff, you have hard workers. Thank you to the group that worked their in the lobby, the young man let me know when and what time the fireworks would go off.He also moved his car for me so i could have parking.The lady that took care of the food for breakfast. The young lady in the lobby that helped with water and coffee for me .

the false advertising of the shower for a handicap person. Was not the shower we had, and please fix the 1985 shower head , I do have pictures of what we got in room 158 the petri dish of a shower head needs to be changed, the mold on the pictures in the room. not enough lighting A little batteries light that you can push on and off under the counter would have worked, but you don't have it with the cabinets were coffee is placed. the gate by the handicap parking that is broken. They guy you have rentals with was overwhelmed and short staffed, but it's a island, work together as I asked " Any one else that is on the island that i can rent from". (golf-carts) is a big key for a island life and handicap people. and the way you guys are losing money by air conditioning ,the patio door and lock to that room(it doesn't shut).
